Chicken Treat Banksia Grove — Restaurant in Western Australia

Terrible service, drive thru was very slow tonight. Got my chicken burgers and rolls both stale when i got them home, with soggy chips that had that horrible taste of donut. This used to be my place to go too, But now will make my own or head to kfc. Put complaint in only to be texting back and forth. In the end whomever it was didn't believe what i had bought as they couldn't find my transaction. I asked for them to call me as i didn't want to say whom it was in text as it looks worse written than said and to be honest i don't steroe type, but was told sorry got sore throat and can't talk. This text message asked me what race they were, black asian white, terrible terrible way of communication. I have this all in text. In the end they didn't believe me. My son and i had to throw out the poor food we had. When i did say the person who it was they responded with a hmmmm. Again poor service from both worker and Manager. Asked for the name of whom was texting me and was met with silence. Poor service. Poor food. If there was a zero I'd give it. I understand Management, as I'm a manager. I would never discriminate nor talk down to Customer via text or Call....

I have been going here for a bit now, as my local fried chicken joint. Its cheap and the quality is good. When they did not have enough for my order they worked to get alternates to swap my order out. Their good customer service always made up for any mistakes.

There is an Indian teen gent who works there, and he is a superstar. I only go back cause he always has amazing customer service and is always wiling to help if anything goes wrong with my order.

Give that man a raise!!!!! Cause I don't have to drive to the city to get good quality chicken cause I get amazing customer service and good chicken from here.

We order children treat about 1-2 times a week and we live in tapping so we have the Wanneroo franchise to buy from and the banksia Grove franchise to buy from. Wanneroo franchise have very little problem due to western workers who cares to cater. Banksia Grove always missing orders or wrong packed order and we don't realise until we are home. Banksia Grove children treat has mostly indian workers and manager. They don't care they don't give the good Australian effort.
