Usually the service is good and occasionally something gets left out of the order but tonight's effort takes the cake. Ordered 9 piece Feast...not enough crunchified chicken so we compromise and go half rotisserie and half crunchified. Get home and only have 5 pieces of crunchified chicken and no other chicken. We called the store to have one of the guys tell me he needed to find out off the cashier what's happened, then before even taking my details he says good bye and hangs up. I called back to find out what was happening a few minutes later to be told "he said he packed two boxes of chicken and one had the rotisserie chicken in it."... After telling him Im postive we only got one box with crunchified chicken in it. I was told that he's not sure what to do and needs to ring the manager,.(like I'm telling fibs about not getting the right order). I then asked him if he would like to take my details so that they could let me know what the go was...That was half an hour ago and I've still heard nothing back. At least half the family got to eat decent tonight. Chicken Treat Eaton have made me feel like a right friggin Karen and that pisses me off!!!
Update: it's been 45 minutes since I called them and I'm still waiting for my call back. Ho-Hum..... hopeless! Tried to call them again to find out what's happening but now they are currently too busy to answer their phone.
Update: I finally got through after an hour to be told by the guy there that he hadn't even called the manager at that point because they were busy. It's now the following day and still no response from the store. Not so much annoyed about the chicken now as its the service that was and still...
   Read moreItâs the 14th of Febuary 2020, and we came through the drive through about 25 minutes ago (7:45pm). She was a young girl around 17 years of age and had brown hair. Ordered our food clearly and the girl got us to repeat it multiple of times. As we reached the window the girl didnât know what she was doing clearly as she was mucking around with the card and didnât even complete the payment correctly. We drove back home and all of our meals were not what we asked for. We were very unhappy with this experience, and we feel the customer service was very poor.
