I want to give zero stars but because unable to. So we ordered from them tonight from Menulog. We have a permanent instruction on our account to deliver to the door (which they are supposed to do anyway). Driver messages to say they here and can we come down. We’re in a block of units which are gated but there is a walk through gate and it is only about 80 metres to our door. We messaged back to come through gate. We waited and waited. Went out to see why they hadn’t come down and they were gone and no order. I rang chicken treat and asked to speak to a manager, a person came on the phone and they weren’t the manager so I asked them if I could speak to a manager. Someone else came on and they weren’t a manager either so I asked a third time. A girl came on and I asked her if she was a manager and she said yes. So I told her what happened and she couldn’t care less. I asked for them to replace the order and she said I had to reorder off of Menulog and pay again. I said that the money we already paid would not be refunded tonight for about 48 hours and was not paying again. I told her that I’ve driven for both Uber eats and Menulog and the restaurant usually supplies another meal free of charge to keep goodwill with the customer and then they claim the cost back from Menu-log. She refused and said she had just been talking to her manager and that the manager said they can’t do it. I said to her how can you been talking to the manager when you have been talking to me and you told me you were the manager and she said no the manager isn’t in I’m the supervisor. I said I asked you if you’re the manager and you said yes. So a couple of minutes after I hung up one of our neighbours came down and said they think they found our order. The idiot driver had placed it in a dark area on the far side of the gate up on top of the high pillar. The lady only saw I t by chance. Needless to say it was cold and soggy. So I know that chicken treat aren’t responsible for the drivers but the attitude that they showed was unacceptable. Also the driver didn’t follow instructions. Menulog were unhelpful as well but I will save that review...

I was attracted into the store by the excellent advertising placement outside the shop(2 piece and chips for $5, what an absolute bargain) I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent updated menu, and cleanliness of the eating area. I proceeded to order the 3 piece combo, a smokey cheeseburger and 1 of every sauce (absolute madman) When I arrived back at my cave to consume the glorious feast that awaited me, I opened the box. What was in the box, was 3 very crispy, very juicy and very tasty pieces of chimken (love me some chimken fam) The breast piece was UUUUGE, the chips where salty and satisfying. Smokey cheeseburger, ehh it was ok. Not bad for the INSANE price of $2 of my hard earned dollary-doos. SAUCES REVIEW clap clap Cheese sauce- The best sauce you have. Never ever stop selling this (pass this info up to corporate PLZ) Tomato Sauce-Nothing special here, just a regular old tomato sauce Mayo-See above review of toemaytoe sauce Kamikaze Sauce-Good amount of heat, and nice and tangy. Same ballpark as ch33ze sauce Cola BBQ-Not really my thing, but I admire the braveness of your company for selling it. I honestly cant remember what the others where, I can be bothered going through the bin to find out.
All in all, this was a pretty good chimken feast, if I ever find myself near in the vicinity of a treat of chimken again, I will be sure to pop in to pop some of your chimken in my mouth.

I recently ordered two CHICKEN AND CHIPS WITH A WING to share with a friend for lunch. When we opened our lunches they were DRUMSTICKS, not WINGS....but it gets worse. The meat was dry and overcooked and the chips were disgusting. I tried three times that afternoon to advise them by phone, but no one picked up, and I did leave messages. Eventually that evening, without a return call, I did manage to get through to the store, who were amazed at my complaint. To the lady's credit, she offered to replace both meals and would make a note of it.....I was happy with that. However and NOT GOOD, when I went to the store on Friday 7th Dec, 2018 to again order the same, there was no record of it, and the lady at the counter produced a school notebook , which was their complaints book, and began to argue that there was "nothing in the book". I tried uselessly to explain what had happened, but all the lady wanted to do was to argue the point. WHAT WOULD HAVE BEEN THE EASIEST SOLUTION? I was very embarrassed and upset and after advising her of her terrible service left the store, and had a pie for lunch with my friend who simply said "What did I expect?" You had your chance to right a wrong and all you wanted to do was argue. I hope thousands of people read this review and go somewhere else.
