Normally a good experience here. Tonight it sounds like someone is deliberately smashing metal pans or something in the kitchen, happened multiple times while I was eating and I noticed another patron take the meal he was sitting to eat and he took it to go instead amongst the ruckus. The young lads who served me was great, communicated well and friendly and clarified separation of banana vs pineapple within the tropical pack which is appreciated. The chips were salted well but seemed like they had been sitting in the box for a while, they weren’t fresh. I witnessed Terrible customer service. A food delivery driver came in to pick up an order the girl serving interrupted him talking, directed him to sign covid register. He said he had twice already that day, she said rudely, CALM DOWN, you need do it again. He replied his contact details are still the same. She said I don't care, do it again. He said he would not. She replied , well I'm not giving you your order unless you do. The girls attitude was bad right from the start, arrogant, bossy and vindictive. Uber driver admitted to picking up a sweater before delivering our food which arrived cold and soggy. The price we paid for our meal was nowhere near what was delivered. I put the ownace on the store just as much as the delivery driver for the lack or responsibility taken. I, as a consumer of this product, have been let down by all parties involved.
