Pizza Craft — Restaurant in Western Australia

My husband and I decided to try Pizza Craft as their charging price starts at $15 to craft your own pizza and boy were we impressed. Not only is the price super great, the pizza tasted AMAZING! Oh my goodness, I can't get over how delicious it was. The pizzas we had were cooked to perfection, as it was not soggy nor overcooked and they gave a generous amount of toppings. The first crafted pizza we ordered the classic Italian base, bbq sauce and morzarella cheese for the base, for the 5 toppings we ordered bbq pulled beef, feta, mushroom, red onion and roasted red capsicum and for the garnish we ordered Chipotle sauce, rocket and parmesan. For our second crafted pizza we ordered the classic Italian base, garlic sauce and bocconcini cheese for the base, for the 5 toppings we ordered chorizo, gorgonzola, mushroom, ricotta and sun dried tomato and for the garnish we had rocket, parmesan and garlic sauce. We also ordered the cheesy garlic bread as a side and honestly everything we ordered was cooked so well and was so tasty but our favourite was the white sauce pizza. The flavours were absolutely amazing together. We were so happy with our choices and also very happy that it was executed so very well! Definitely our new go to pizza joint! Absolutely poor food quality. Pizza base was dry and rubbery in texture. Menu log order - Our pizzas were stone cold not kept warm at all as failed to leave the store on time. We Called to ask where our order was and was told by a staff member that the driver was coming to collect and were on their way soon. Staff called back to tell us it was never for delivery even tho we paid for delivery and put our address in as we usually would. Husband ended up going in to collect. When he got there asked staff what happened their end he were absolutely dsgusted with their response and poor customer service skills a young staff member told my husband that he obviously can't read when my husband told them again what had happened that we paid for delivery was told they were getting delivered on phone as my husband was rightly upset when repeating himself for the 3rd time that obviously we dont want our pizzas by that same staff member. We waited to get delivered for an hour before going in to collect ourselves. Absolutely disgusted in food qualitys and the way we were treated by staff and manager. Do not recommend. 0...

Wow....This place is amazing. The pizza is just incredible. The crust is between thin and medium, just perfect. Cooked so perfectly and not soggy in any way. 5 toppings for this price. Pick your base sauce then cheese type and then protiens and vegetables. I had Tandoori chicken, mushroom, green capsicum, mushroom, pineapple and pumpkin. $15.95 to build your own and $1 for extra toppings. If you like spicy try the firy sauce base. I have tried many other pizzas and this is the most consistent, amazing flavourful pizza. The service is good but restroom closed for now. I think most people get the pizza to go. The pizza is clean and healthy and not greasy in anyway. Balanced to perfection with toppings, sauce and base. You gotta go now. Well done...
