Very bad customer service. I probably came at the wrong time. I am not saying that I won't come back. I believe service can improve. I do work in hospitality and know the stress, etc but some "kids" unfortunately have little or no knowledge about "customer service". Here is the incident report: 1- App order first window beautiful service nice smile and great attitude 2- second window, fair enough, No chicken has to wait 10min? 3- went inside and honestly went over 20 the wait. I asked a young guy about my app order literally he ignored me . If you are giving customer service where I work my response would be: I'm sorry .... or I'll check for you" right? After 20 min same young fellow came out of the kitchen with my order in hand and asked his "boss " where's..... I was in front of him and heard the name . He (like in the first interaction) did not even say "sorry for the wait" not even "thanks." Really? do we really need this, at the end is all about attitude I guess, feel sorry for the young guy definitely won't go far with that attitude. Sorry KFC very Dissaapointed.    Read moreI love fast food when the food quality and service is done right and appropriately. But past experiences were appalling. On a positive note, I am very satisfied with the crisp and flavour of the Zinger Crunch Twister. One time my wrap one done perfect and beautifully, props to the lovely staff who does their job properly. Other countless times my wrap has not been warmed properly and wrapped loosely around the filling, still fairly cold and rough to bite, nobody likes a cold wrap. Even worse than that I one time had a black strand of HAIR in my wrap that I had to pull out of my mouth, that's right, gross! I will be checking my food from these types of places before consumption. I would suggest checking the food thoroughly before handing it to your customers for hygiene. I HAD MY CHILD WITH ME AND THE APP FAILED TO RECOGNISE MY ORDER SO QUEUED TO GO INSIDE.
IT WAS MAYHEM. BUT WAITED, AND GOT MY ORDER, EVENTUALLY. AND IT WAS UNEDITABLE.
THE FOOD DID NOT LOOK BURNT BUT THE METALIC AWFUL TASTE COVERING EVERY PIECE WAS A DISASTER. 7.11PM WRITING THIS TO YOU WHILST TRYING TO ARRANGE ANOTHER DINNER FOR 2 ADULTS AND 2 TEENAGE BOYS FINISHED FOOTIE TRAINING AND STARVING.
