The worst subway I have ever been to. Girl who served me (green shirt) was nice and kind. as soon as I walked in she began to serve me, however a staff in a black shirt and bandana distracted her by showing her a video on her phone while I was standing right there?? They kept talking back and fourth while I was standing there patiently waiting as the girl in the green shirt was in the middle of taking my order. In that moment I was about to walk out of the store I was so annoyed. Stood there for 2 minutes while they were talking and the black shirt lady was showing her a video of a dog. Extremely rude. While I was telling her what salads to put in they kept speaking back and fourth (completely unrelated to work), resulting in the green shirt lady continuously asking me to repeat what I said because the lady in the black shirt wouldn’t stop talking!!! It took double the time that it should have to get my order made, all whilst they were talking and ignoring me!! HORRIBLE customer service. Second of all, their prices are much more expensive than other subways. My regular subway at the gateways store costs $6.10 total, and my order here cost me $8.05 for the exact same thing. Third of all, the bread was rock hard, and the sandwich was so poorly made, the sandwich wasn’t folded over properly, all the fillings were falling out, I could hardly eat it! Read moreI have been coming to this store regularly for years, at least once a month if not much more regularly and my last 3 experiences have been beyond dreadful to say the least. Not only has my food been served to me stone cold but some of the staff have serious attitude problems. One girl continued to sweep the store as if I wasnt even there, brushing the rubbish all over my shoes and clothes. She only asked me to move when she wanted to sweep directly where I was standing as I am choosing my salads. She was so rude. I also don't understand why my food is prepared in a ridiculous mad rush when i am the only customer in store; meat barely heated, salad literally chucked in, with my wrap falling apart everywhere as it isn't even wrapped properly to the point where I can barely eat it. I am beyond disappointed and fed up of the same appauling service. I even tried calling the store to complain the third time my meal was stone cold for my call to go unanswered and to not recieve a return call when I have left my details. I would not recommend this store and do not want to return. My advice to the owner - hire staff that are friendly, nice and actually want to deal with customers. Final order I bought, I had a fly jump out of my food as I opened it. Mistakenly messaged jandakot store, they applolgise profusely and offered a refund and replacement meal. Finally got the Armadale store, woman listened to my complaint, said "and?" After I told her. I said -and I'm calling to complain.
