Chilliz Xprezz Karawara — Restaurant in Western Australia

The Iconic: Chilliz where taste meets value. Not a surprise why this place is popular amongst anyone looking for a bang for the buck and or students like myself back in Uni days.

Its clear that this place is heading to the right direction when it comes to customer service and the volume at which this place can serve. The menu has greatly expanded over the last 3 years. I have been a regular customer since as early as 2014-15.

However, I would like to address something that I believe has been happening since 2020 and it is about the food quality.

I love your Belissimo and Krispy Chicken which are the all time classics. But recently the chicken are very dry and it looks overdone. Maybe considering thawing it a bit longer and don’t sacrifice quality for quantity?

I understand that some days the chef/s might be overwhelmed but not serving is sometimes better than serving a subpar dish.

I come every few months to get some for myself and this has been consistently happening since end of 2020 which led me to write this review. Hopefully will taste something better in store next time.

I will come back and change it to 5 stars which I think this...

It's been an absolute pleasure working with Marshal & his wife to organize catering for our recent kid's party. They were the only caterers I approached that accommodated doing dishes that were kid friendly (which included asking to cook the stir fry veggies softer for children with no teeth & I must commend the chef, they were cooked perfectly soft without being mushy!!) , a vegetarian noodles and stirfry option and did not try to over cater for personal monetary gain. Portions were excellent and not to mention fresh and delicious just like you were to buy their pre packed meals instore. Our guests couldn't stop commenting on how delicious the food was! We have held catered parties frequently in the past and this is the first time using chilliz and we will definitely be using Chilliz again for future parties. Highly recommended! Thank you both...

I usually enjoy their food but today was different. They were rushed and very rude to me. I hadn't had a chance to eat all day so I thought chillz would be a good option. Little did I know, the curry puff was old, and ordering my usual bbq chicken noodle, I got home finding bbq chicken fried rice. I was so disappointed since this is not what I asked for and I hate fried rice. This meant that the lady charged me an extra dollar for my food which is unacceptable. The staff should slow down and look and what tag they put on which food because chillz has just lost another customer. I will not be recommending it to any friends and I also know that majority of my friends have had recent bad experiences...
