I like and at the same time hate it. One would think such a place for chicken would nail buffalo wings? But the sauce is nothing like the American Buffalo wings. Guys is simple as using Frank’s hot sauce and vinegar with a touch of bbq sauce, I am unsure how you guys think doing it another way is known as buffalo sauce.

My main issue is the chicken is very blend in taste. And I mean Kfc chicken itself taste better in that sense. So some will probably say “so why don’t you eat at kfc then?” My reply is because I expect chimeks to nail any chicken dishes. But if your chicken taste blend, you are just slapping the sauce on top and hoping for the best.

What I do like is there is chicken and waffles, but again taste of chicken is let down. Is like the ice cream has more flavor than the chicken.

The variety of chicken choices is great but the execution of delivery is poor, is basically fry the chicken and slap on the sauce. It needs a marinade on the chicken as is lacking.

Like the rewards system but the food needs serious attention. The nom nom chicken nearby beats this in leaps and bounds and is only because they open at night you guys have the advantage but not much as nandos is close by and chicken taste great there.

Please urgent the owners of the franchise to improve on the chicken if you are stuck as hands tied not allowed to change the style. You...

After months of deliberating, we eventually tried this shop. We went after lunch rush hour, so it was quiet with a few other patrons. I went for the Buffalo Chicken Wings and noted that it's Chimek's interpretation of the dish. And it sure was. The wings were not covered with the sauce as the traditional dish, and the blue cheese dip was drizzled on top. It was delicious, nevertheless, crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The sauce was flavorful, but don't expect authentic buffalo wings sauce. My lunch date downed the cheeseburger, and we noted vegetarian options. The place is licensed.

I'm just not sure about the ambience, though. There was a modern-looking wall, coupled with standard tables and chairs. We found it was awkward to be sitting there, especially seeing boxes of supplies stacked against one of the walls. I got that the place might not have enough storage, but the shop gave us the expression "don't dine-in, do take away instead."

So, we got it! I recommend this shop for the chicken wings to satisfy fried chicken cravings in the comfort of one's own home. It would be best accompanied by binge-watching your favourite shows, beer and whatever your heart desires. And the sink would be close by to wash the grease off your...

Edit 24/11 - it’s been a week since we’ve emailed chimek as per the response below. Happy to give further feedback but they haven’t replied since. They’re probably not interested in improving their customer service!

We were loyal customers but rather disappointed with the service last night. I sometimes order from the app for a pickup 30 mins later. However last night, they told me to wait for ‘5 mins’ when i arrived, which I initially can understand as they were busy with other pickups. However I ended up waiting for an extra 40 mins (so finally got my food over an 1 hour after I ordered!) with no apologies! It turns out they completely forgot my order and had to make it when I arrived - should have been honest in the first place when i kept checking! When I was ready to check for the last time and get a refund, they hastily grabbed a bag and said it was ready. And to add salt to the wound - they got the order wrong!
