BUGS IN MY MEAL..! Quite Disgusting. I ordered a large pizza, garlic bread and Chicken Caeser Salad on Saturday night (Jan 15th 2022). When the order arrived, I noticed the salad had bugs crawling around inside the container. I immediately called the delivery driver who was still at the end of the street. He returned and I gave him the salad back, and asked him to return it to his boss as it had something crawling around inside the container (I have a video of this, am forwarding to the Health Department). After the driver returned to the store, I received a phone call and the lady expressed she was sorry, and offered a refund for the salad or they could bring me another one. I declined the offer for another Bug infested salad, and explained to the lady on the phone I thought that, under the circumstances, perhaps they would like to refund the cost of the whole meal. She said she would get back to me, but never did. Very disappointed with the attitude of Crust especially as I am a regular customer. The pizza is still in my fridge, as I could only manage to eat 1 slice, after carefully inspecting it for bugs also. the ordeal has not only put me off eating dinner that night, but has put me off ordering pizza (especially from Crust in Canning Vale) ever again (probably a good thing anyway). I guess I should thank Crust in this case, as Im sure my eating habits and health will likely improve due to this horrible experience. If they wish to serve up live Bugs in their meals, they should at least list them...

Today I made an online order and I received it with in 40mnts and then I made another order straightaway coz I had some friends came over to my place. This time I made a phone order and when I spoke to the lady over the phone I asked her about the complimentary small herb and garlic square and she confirmed that I will receive it with my order. When I receive the order complimentary herb and garlic square was missing and I asked the delivery driver and he said it was not in the order. He however rang the store and I was told I will get it next time when I order. I said no coz I specifically asked about it and I got the confirmation. Then I received a phone cal from the store and I was told you will get one complimentary herb and garlic square per day and that’s why it’s not included in the second order. I told him that I have made two orders with in one day (previously) and i received complimentary herb and garlic square with every order. Then he changed the story and told me they don’t have ingredients to make it and unable to complete the request. Read morePreviously we ordered three to four pizzas weekly, with no issues from Crust. However about a month ago we ordered like normal at 6pm, however this time it gets to 7.45pm - no pizza. We eventually receive a call from Crust - there is something wrong with the Ham (really???). "We haven't made your pizzas yet and they are not on their way". Family is really hungry now and to make it worse it is my Daughters birthday and she wanted her favourite pizza. My wife rings and finds this out & cancels the order with no offer to assist or make things right. I do understand that running a small business is not easy at the best of times and things don't always go right, but sadly this event ended our relationship with what was our favourite pizza establishment.
