Domino's Pizza Joondalup — Restaurant in Western Australia

I am absolutely appalled. I ordered three extra large pizzas with my room mate and as a result received three very low quality pizzas. Our cheese pizza was burnt, completely unconsumable not even two slices were decently composed so we called the store and yet again the replacement pizza dominos offered was BURNT, several slices had no cheese, just as was the issue with the first one. Not to mention when we called they made us give the other one back which made no sense, and we were offered nothing else to compensate for our lack of satisfaction. We also ordered the Avocado Veg and its fair to say the outcome was horrific. To begin with the avocado itself was under ripe, barely chewable to say the least. The vegetables weren't very fresh and they tasted slightly of chemicals. To our dismay the base off the pizza was also still very doughy which we sadly realised after already eating some and after the call. I have photos of the raw base. The worst restaurant in the entire Perth. Placed an online order for a few pizzas to be delivered. The delivery person's GPS showed they were in my area, I got an automated phone call from Domino's to say I should get ready to receive the delivery. Nothing. Not even a vehicle driving in my street. I then see the delivery person is driving back to Domino's Joondalup. I call the store and they said the best they can do is for me to wait for an hour for the order to be remade or store credit can be provided. I told them I will get a refund through PayPal (which I paid through). They said it's ok. As soon as I launched the PayPal case the store called me and said that the delivery person said it was delivered. They accused me of lying. As we spoke the delivery person delivered pizzas. Upon closer inspection I see they got my order wrong as well. So by now the pizzas were cold, stale and the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. This is unacceptable. Never supporting this branch again after reading the bad reviews...

Just don't. Save yourself a world of trouble and just order from somewhere else. Honestly, the amount of bizarre BS I've dealt with from this store over the past couple of months is just beyond the pale.

Last night was the fnal straw. I cancelled my order and won't be attempting to order from them again. My favourite pizza from them is great, but it's in no way worth the drama. The staff there are a whole new level of incompetent and seem afraid to make any kind of decision for themselves. The manager who's usually on of an evening is a stuck-up prat who's completely unwilling to take responsibility for his staff's or his own mistakes and refuses to even attempt to resolve any issues.

If you order from this Domino's, things will go wrong and you will be expected to just put up with the fallout.
