Domino's Pizza Woodvale — Restaurant in Western Australia

We moved to the area over 3 years ago, the pizza and service here was absolutely terrible back then so we never came back but today I thought I would give it another try because I really felt like pizza and not having to go out far, perhaps the time of day or the day of the week you attend may alter experiences compared to other recent reviews but I can honestly say I cannot fault the experience. I walked into the store at 2.30pm on a Wednesday. Met by a very pleasant staff member who was prompt to serve and take my order and pizza provided was amazingly good quality. Would have given 5 stars if the crust was actually deep pan. I’m glad I gave you another chance obviously there’s been some changes here over the time and hopefully this is a new standard and we continue to have good experiences and good food here - thanks.

Update: it’s been a week and my partner said he wanted some pizza so I popped over and ordered from the big special board again at the counter. I understand there’s a public holiday fee today but I have been charged more than the receipt stated ?? I wasn’t charged an extra fee the other day, payment method was the same, eftpos. For the 2nd time, I've chosen the option "deliver to car" and clearly I mentioned a Black Porsche cayenne. Pressed the button "I'm here" when I arrived. After 5 minutes, I rang the store to let them know I'm outside and waiting. A few more minutes and nothing happened! I ended up using the horn to catch their attention and when i asked the cause of the delay when a couple of staff saw me I'm waiting in front of the store ... he had no answer and just said sorry and walked away!!! The pizza taste was ok but look at the amount of oil left on the pizza box!!!

Previously commented and seems no one cares as there is no improvement at all!: I placed an online order for extra large pizza and carpark delivery. I checked in as a Silver Mercedes as soon as the order got ready. The car was parked in front of the store and I could see my name on the monitor as READY. After waiting for 8 minutes, I ended up walking in and asking for my pizza which was sitting on the shelf, and no one cared to take it out! No issue to walk in BUT don't offer something when you cannot do it! In addition, I paid extra for mushrooms but nearly half of my pizza didn't have any...

What happened to Domino's Woodvale ?. Went there last night, Ordered cheese pizza with cheesy garlic bread and when I got home the middle of the pizza was missing cheese and there was only cheese on half my cheesy garlic bread. On top of that, the crust was undercooked for the third time. It was like they didn't even look at the pizza when making it. I remember when pizza hut Woodvale was getting destroyed by domino's Woodvale. Now it seems pizza hut has really stepped up their game and domino's just don't care anymore. I got given a store credit after speaking to the manager but i don't think i even trust this place anymore and would rather just get a refund. They need some qualified pizza makers there. When you hire a bunch of kids who just wanna get in and do thier job and get out that's the poor results you're going to get.Really disappointed. A year ago this place was so much better.
