Earth Wholefoods — Restaurant in Western Australia

Despite the range of goods, I will not be going here anymore. I’m calling wholefoods out for lack of integrity on a photo competition of their products to win a $100 STORE voucher. I messaged them personally. They ignored me. This is the message I sent on 5th of March. Perhaps they’ll respond now. Or try and gaslight me into thinking they never received it.

Our family LOVE your store and those muffins are amazing.

That photo competition with 2 winners, one of them was my sister. You split the prize money and called it fair. It’s not fair at all to both winners that you couldn’t decide. She had plans with that $100, she knew exactly what she wanted to buy, she was checking daily to see if the winner was decided. She thought out the photo, lighting, background etc. took the time to present the products she enjoys from the shop she loves. anyway. I’ve never seen someone so crestfallen at winning. 100 to 50…things just don’t cost what they used to anymore, it’s a significant and disappointing jump.

Thought you should know what your idea of fair actually looks like to the person receiving it.

Fantastic service and fresh organic veggie boxes! Our latest veggie box wasn't quite ready as myself and my toddler came to pick up in store. The staff were kind enough to put it together whilst we waited. I was happy to just wait 5 minutes and look around the shop, and didn't expect to be offered a fresh smoothie (complimentary), for me AND my son, as an apology for it not being quite ready. Very unexpected, yet such a wonderful gesture. Our veggie box was ready minutes later, and myself and my son sat and enjoyed finishing our smoothies in the cafe area. It was delicious (mango and banana, chia and coconut milk!) It's little things like this that make all the difference. I don't write reviews often, but this was above and beyond....

There is a great range of products here and the organic fruit and veggies are fresh and reasonably priced. The staff are so friendly! I was greeted by this lovely lady who was very knowledgeable about the supplements. I couldn’t go past the food so I grabbed some tomato and pumpkin soup which was the most delicious soup I’ve ever had! I also had a chocolate brownie which was covered in a yummy chocolate sauce (make sure you get it slightly heated) I could have eaten two of these it was the most delicious brownie! They also sell out quick because they’re so popular. The coffee was great too. I even got some free tea samples. My experience was very pleasant and I will be...
