While I prefer KFC to other fast food alternatives, being treated like an animal isn't exactly a recipe for a returning customer.
I've had several coworkers who have told me about the "customer service" of this branch, and I wanted to experience it for myself, and they certaintly did not disappoint. For context, we all work at Joondalup Health Campus and aren't "free food seekers" who complain on a whim. To spend all day working 15 hour shifts and just wanting to get something quick and easy to eat on our limited off-time, it's disgusting to be treated like this.
Several days ago a coworker went through the drivethrough to the pickup window, had some young kid with red hair and glasses pull the window open, shout "ORDER?" to my coworker (asking for his online order number) but my coworker friend had no idea what the kid was asking, he was just being yelled at with the word "order". My coworker friend drove off after his food wa shoved in his hands and the service window slammed in his face; he drove off in a shock.
Tonight I went there (930pm, online order, the manager can check my order credentials to see I indeed was there) and I had some girl pull the window open; I said hello, she looked at me like she wanted to murder me; no hello, no smile on her face, I just had my food shoved in my hands and the window slammed shut in my face. If not for the fact there were other cars behind me, I would have waited until the window re-opened and asked for the manager, but I decided it better to leave this review here for others.
Do NOT go to this KFC unless you want to be treated like an animal. Their food is good, don't get me wrong, but with so many options available, especially in Joondalup, do yourself a favour and go to Red Rooster or Hungry Jacks where they actually say hello and goodbye. Absolutely disgusting customer service, and I have no idea how the manager isn't aware of this.
The branch owner should seriously consider their choice of manager and customer facing employees. An absolute joke, and I guarantee the only response to this will be the copy-paste "we're sorry about your experience. Please fill out this form to let us know how to improve our service...".

In the game, the player takes control of a nightshift security guard at a derelict pizzeria known as Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, which is rumored to contain haunted and reanimated life-size animatronics that wander the facility at night. The pizzeria itself is in a state of disrepair thanks to a series of tragedies associated with it, namely the kidnapping and likely murder of five children by a man named William Afton. It is rumored that the victims' bodies had been stuffed inside the many animatronic mascots of the pizzeria, named Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, and Foxy, which had led to a widespread boycott of the business and directly led to its demise With the protagonist monitoring the animatronics at night through the use of security cameras, it quickly becomes apparent that these rumors are true, with the mascots moving freely throughout the facility, edging closer and closer to the player's location with malicious intent. The player can only survive the lengthy period in the facility by managing the power supply of doors and lights, ensuring that none of the possessed animatronics can get close enough to inflict a mortal wound. A person named mitch was very nice and helpful but when I went there again a person named Jack was...
