This must be the worst miss mauds I've ever been to. All the staff are very young and couldn't care less about anything.I ordered a really expensive sandwich $8.9 and so little filling in it.Ordered a takeaway coffee and it's 2 pm and I'm the only one there so she makes my coffee and on her way to bringing it to me she gets sidetracked to the cash register to serve a client and leaves my takeaway coffee beside the cash register and starts working the cash register and I'm like just a metre away.So I ask another girl working there if she could Just hand me my coffee and she looks at me blankly walks away muttering something. Than after 10 minutes the girl with my coffee finishes with the cash register and forgets my coffee beside it and goes back to making coffee so I try to attract her attention to my coffee she left behind and at last something clicks in her mind and she gets me the coffee and like a machine so sorry and Walks away. Purely a food review. Staff were attentive and professional and friendly - thank you. “Food” Well it wasn’t really so edible. Under category “Exciting sandwiches” is Chicken Schnitzel club. I had visions of bacon and cheese and nice bread and a tasty dressing. Nope!!! Someone microwave nuked a pre-cooked schnitzel by the look of it and I could not get my knife or teeth through the edges of it. The bread was lightly toasted but tasteless. Summary of Thousand Island type dressing, iceberg lettuce and tomato. Nothing EXCITING anywhere close to my plate. When you go out and pay professionals to conjure up a tasty lunch the it is reasonable to expect something worthy. This was unimaginative, lazily constructed by the person preparing it and reflects badly on the brand and team. I originally planned to get the nice prepackaged sangas but apparently was in the takeaway queue. I chose badly but will just avoid in future as I was very disappointed. Miss Maud...

I took my Dad out for breakfast at 9am yesterday. We were some of the first customers and it wasnt overly busy. We waited 45 minutes for food and so I went to the counter and asked how much longer it would be. They took another 5 minutes to get back to me and then came to the table and said it was two minutes away. We waited another 10 minutes and STILL no food. I then went to the counter and asked what was going on. They couldn’t give me an answer as to how much longer it would be. I told them not to worry about it and to just refund my money. They did refund my money and we went elsewhere. We also went and did a bit of shopping. We walked past 30-40 minutes later and the people that came in at the same time as us were only just getting served their breakfast! 1 & a half hours later! ...
