We ordered our food and then mentioned to the waiter we would be going and buying some BYO. She mentioned that BYO was for wine only. About 20 mins later the same waiter came over, in the middle of our meal and told us corkage was for each bottle. As I had bought 3 small bottles (approx 1 glass per bottle) the corkage equates to $15. When I said to the owner behind the counter that I had no problem paying.....but its only polite to make mention of this prior....she just laughed. It's clear by the way she never responds to any reviews and by her sheer disregard for customer feedback how seriously she takes her business. No wonder businesses open and close at the rate of knots these days. Customer loyalty and transparency of what you'll be charged upfront are paramount to a successful business. $15 wont make a difference to my life.....but a few more reviews like this and some other disgruntled customers might to hers. Business owners need to realise that few are doing anything new these days but what sets them apart is...

My family love the food but the restaurant must improve its time management. Twice food has not been easy to receive. First time in June I was continually ringing for 15min with the lines always being engaged. I had to drive down to place order then drive down an hour later to collect. Tonight I remembered my last experience and rang at 4:30 to place a pick up order at 6. Arriving at the restaurant at 5:55 I paid for the order. At 6:15 I was still waiting. At 6:20 the front desk staff told me they were just cooking my order now. There were maybe 5 tables dining in, two personal takeout and two Uber eat style takeouts while I was waiting so not overly busy.

Finally 30 minutes after waiting the order was ready, but the noodles were partially undercooked.

If my aunt didn’t love their food so much I would refuse to order from them again.

Having a young staff member apologise for the bad management of others without customer compensation is unacceptable given today’s...

Ordered from here for the first time. Called in on my way home from work and picked up order which I had phoned through. When I went in to collect the girl read out the order again. Paid. Despite arriving 10 minutes early for pickup time it was sitting on counter (unsure how long as wasn't hot). Drove the 20 minutes home to realise they forgot the honey chicken. Called and was informed they will give credit as I live too far to collect. Very disappointed in this. Food was tasteless. Mongolian beef tasted like dish soap. No flavour to the fried rice. Lemon chicken was chewy and tasteless. Spring rolls were nice. Duck was dry and tasteless. Pretty. Much ate prawn crackers and spring roll for dinner after spending over $100 will not be coming back. Save your money go...
