Grill'd Burgers - Ocean Keys — Restaurant in Western Australia

Have been to this Grill’d a few times, not the one we go to regularly and I now know why. Ordered online and when arriving there was no one in there and so many tables were dirty with food, plates and rubbish. Got home and realised our burgers had no lettuce and we had not received our two dips we paid for. Went back and upon walking in 5 male staff members are just standing around the kitchen leaning on the benches and all just staring at me as I stood there waiting for someone to come to the till. Eventually, a guy came and I explained we had not received our dips and there was no lettuce in the burgers to which he responded “we have run out of lettuce.” I replied that no one bothered to mention this when we picked up our order to which he proceeds to respond with “well it doesn’t change the price” and I said that was not the point it would just be nice to know as that is a major part of the burger considering we remove the tomatoes. They remade my food and I had to repeat the whole order. A lady came in about 2 minutes after this and was waiting to order at the til and they left her standing there for 10 minutes before anyone bothered to serve her. Also, the dirty tables from 20 minutes prior when we first came in to pick the order up, were still filthy and no one had bothered to clear any tables. Would certainly not want to dine in around dirty tables. After receiving the new order, the guy was going to take the old food off of me to just put in the bin to which I replied with “no I’m keeping this one” because considering there is no lettuce (even though this Grill’d is located directly outside of a major shopping centre and it was 3:45pm on a Sunday) we decided to use the extra patty’s to make the burger half decent. Will not be returning to this Grill’d and there needs to be some policies in place as the people working there are fully grown adults,...

Amazing burgers, or at least it used to be. The meat is so tasty, and along with their amazing sauce, the burger really isn't anything without their special sauce to expose your taste buds. The Lettuce and fillings are nice and fresh. The buns (I always have panini buns) are fresh and crisp. Put it all together and you get the meal of a lifetime. The burger might not look like it's going to fill you up, but afterwards you'll need a walking stick to stand up straight.

The chips are really nice too, always rectangular in shape and very fresh. The salt + herb mix that they pit of them is also extremely nice. Although the salt is often on the heavy side, it's big square salt so you can just tap it off the chip.

As of recent, I noticed their burger meat is getting smaller, and the burgers are containing less Lettuce, etc.

The burgers used to require a toothpick to stand up (it came with it, but now they are short and soggy feeling. Rather disappointing compared to what they used to be like.

Go and give Grilled a shot, it's really nice, good for a family outing/friend...

I don’t often leave bad reviews but we are very regular grill’d customers and have been for years and this is possibly the worse burgers we’ve ever had.

Seeing as burger prices aren’t cheap I can’t give this place any excuse for what we received.

It honestly felt like it went straight from the freezer to the grill, so didn’t have the time to lose all the water and they also burnt it so it tasted like watery burnt charcoal in the grossest way possible.

Both my partner and I had burnt chicken and burnt buns, and the fried chicken bites we ordered on the side were extra dry.

Honestly will never order from ocean keys grill’d again, was almost enough to put me off the entire franchise…
