The worst experience ever. The so called “manager” Mani needs to go and learn about hospitality. We ordered three coffees just before 21:00 and after paying $6.30 for a small chai latte we asked to at least be served in a normal cup and not paper cups. We were told the kitchen has closed and that we will get paper cups! I enquiered up to what time do they serve coffee in normal cups. Initially Mani did not want to tell us and only after I asked again we were informed as from 21:00. We ordered before 21:00 but they refused to serve the coffee in normal cups. What a ripp off and unpleasant experience. This owner or franchisee needs to get this place in order. Absolutely pathetic. No customer service at all. Not recommended. The store has great potential with a nice fresh look, just unfortunate the staff are so poor!! Poor...
Read moreShame because they have a great space in a high passenger traffic area. It feels very much like a school canteen. The lunch wrap I had was good but that was about it. It kind of also looked closed?? because it's so dark and there were trolleys of boxes around the tables and some tables had chairs stacked up. Weird. Again, such a shame as every departing passenger has to walk past this place so if they showed some love and maybe upgraded the decor and lighting it would probably be more busy and people would notice it's actually there! (There was hardly anyone in there as I said it looked closed ). Hope the place sorts...
