Hungry Jacks T1 Domestic — Restaurant in Western Australia

I was not surprised at anything I encountered at the Airport Hungry Jacks.

What I liked: Normal prices, no airport prices (well not much I think). As I don’t normally buy HJ I am really not sure. Service was quick I was able to order through a person Food was predictable; tasty but mass produced. There was seating.

What I didn’t like: The electronic windows (although you could order via a person) The noise Being reduced to a number which I had difficulty in understanding The normal but typical interaction from the serving staff. This however is understandable-not enjoyable but...

I had a beef burger 5 hours ago, I asked the guy can you cook it medium rare, he said burger patties is medium or large?, I said mate can you cook it medium rare not the size of patties. He goes’ Beef is already cooked’ I order the meal. Vomit whole night in flight. They must have kept the meat in danger zone for more than 4 hours and feeding it to customers. It is a criminal offence to not having right training and making people sick deliberately. I am not sure who can I report this to, but I had terrible night, food poisoning. Other ppl threw...

I’d I could give them 0 stars I would. The 2 girls working at the front of the counter are the most incompetent service staff I have met. I ordered a medium onion rings on the way to my gate, it took them 12 mins to serve me the take away pack and when I got further down the terminal to start eating I noticed they’d given me a pack of nuggets instead of onion rings. Repeated times while waiting I watched as they took paper bags and serviettes and many more fell on the floor and they ignored it, ignored waiting customers, started down...
