Bought a wine at this bar, wine was good BUT when I asked a staff member how I could charge my IPad as my IPad charger did not fit their charging station, she came to help and told me that I needed a USB to charger. I asked her quietly what IPad users do if they don’t have a USB charger. She was quite rude and off handed and said she didn’t know and that charging was offered as a service which she said a lot of places didn’t do, really embarrassed me in front of other customers, told us we could sit at the seats opposite the cafe She then said, in a big huff, that she was only trying to help! Very helpful service person, I explained my allergies and ordered accordingly, Hubby chose his favourite. I did ask for a seperate plate to avoid contaminating mine. Then they recommended the $28 tapas which contained everything at a better price. Unfortunately, this was presented on 1 plate with my food at one end, despite carefully trying to keep food apart I did unknowingly eat the wrong thing and was therefore ill, which took the first 5 days of my holiday to get over. Went here to have a cup of tea. Paid $19.30 for tea for two and a wrap (which was use by the previous day!) Tea came in a small teapot with one teabag and two cups. I took the teapot up for some more water, she nearly threw the teabag out before asking if I wanted it, I said yes and perhaps put another one in as it was meant to be tea for two. She said I would have to pay and that's just the tea - how it comes. Later while sipping our overly weak tea she was wiping tables and managed to get spray all over my arm without apology.
