Subway — Restaurant in Western Australia

I’ve never done a review before , but this joint needs some help asap. My Fiancé and I lined up 30 mins (small line 8-9) before we reached the serving counter Finally did get there , young fella asked what bread I wanted - proceeds to cut the bread then grabs two phone order receipts and started making the bread for them , other bloke stood down the end at the counter like a space cadet with no inclination to help or move at any pace . Waited another 10 minutes before my sub got some meat and cheese , then he again leaves it and starts trying to finish the first two phone orders he started originally . Finally asks me what salads I’m after : before I could finish he’s gone again starting a new order for the next customer , subs been sitting on the bench for about 20 minutes at this point - I just gave up at this point and told the bloke at the register to throw some sauce on it and wrap it up , $45 for stone cold subways and a water…

Might have been a manager girl in there ? She walked through a couple times with an empty trolley with no intrest or urgency to help I doubt they could organise a towel at a swimming...

I arrived at 12.17 today Saturday 22nd of march and encountered the rudest staff member. The stores lights were off and I asked if they were still open. The girl replied no. When i asked what time it closed I got the reply 12.10 when clearly it states 2pm. I asked again is there any chance of getting a sub, that was 7 minutes ago and the food is still out. She just looked at me and kept eating her own sub and with a mouth full of food grunted at me. I'm ok with it being closed whenever but the rudeness was why I wont ever go back there. I am employed at perth airport and will not be going there again. I would rather buy an overpriced croissant...

After waiting in line for 20 minutes I see the lady using the same gloves for the 5 people that were infront of me it didn’t bother anyone but I always ask them to change gloves but that’s not the real problem she was touching all different types of meats and chicken with the same gloves and then goes on to use those same gloves on the salad and when I asked her why she just looked at me and lifted her shoulders saying I don’t know and the other employee said it’s ok well no it’s not ok to touch all different types of meat and chicken and bacon with the same gloves and then on the salad I’m very disgusted as this is the 1st subway I see...
