This place was my favorite cafe in victoria Park.

But today, I saw the staff pouring almond milk in my tumbler. I ordered ice latte with oat milk I thought they got the wrong menu, so I tried to tell them. But when the staff noticed that I'm staring, she just smiled and poured it back into another jar. asking me, "Do you want oat milk?"

I don't understand why they tried to give me almond milk even though they knew it.

The taste of coffee was nice, but I was a little bit disappointed

오늘 아이스 오트라떼 한 잔이랑 디저트 시키고 기다리던 중, 직원이 텀블러에 아몬드 밀크 붓는 모습 목격함.

메뉴 잘못 알았나 싶어서 말하려던 순간 눈 마주치니까 갑자기 당황하더니 스팀피처에 붓고 나한테 오트밀크 원하냐고 물어봄

메뉴를 잘못 받은 것도 아니고.. 알고 있었으면서 오트밀크가 아닌 아몬드 밀크 준게 이해가 안 감. 내가 알러지라도 있었으면 어쩌려고..;;

커피랑 디저트 맛은 좋음 근데 오늘은 산미가 평소보다 강했던 듯

+) Wow, you never say sorry to the customer. The staff knew that i ordered iced latte with oatmilk, not misreading.

Then why did the staff pour out almond milk before asking me again??? I was just staring at the moment that she was making coffee. If she knew what I ordered, and then she would use almond milk on purpose. Then it's not a small mistake.

+) Did you even understand my review?? I can't understand how you can write like that with excuse.

Yes, the staff made coffee again to me kindly. But the key point is she knew what type of coffee menu she had to make at that time. But she used almond milk on purpose. And she tried to change it when she noticed I saw it.

Also, actually, it was not my first time I had drinked almond milk latte. I ordered before the same menu (iced oat milk latte), and i got almond latte at that time as well. Today, I saw they using almond latte and leave a review like this.

I hope you check your CCTV well in your cafe.

All I wanted to was just a small apology and get feedback. Not a kneel on the floor. I think you really care about your staff and respect them well. But, if you don't fix this problem and cover it again and again with excuse, it will not gonna be helpful to your business.

The reason why I leave this long review is because your cafe was my favorite cafe in Vic Park, and I wanted you getting feedback and fixing it.

Overall, I was very disappointed about your business, and I'll never come back...

I recently discovered your café and truly enjoyed the coffee for both its novelty and quality. However, I felt compelled to share my disappointment regarding the attitude of the owner/manager during my visit.

When I kindly requested a paper straw for my two-year-old, the staff member at the counter graciously provided one. However, the owner/manager then addressed me with a sharp gaze and a stern tone, stating, “Next time we won’t be giving you one.”

This response was quite off-putting, especially after spending over $16 on two cups of coffee. I understand that there may be challenges with providing paper straws, but a more polite and understanding response would have been appreciated.
