Hungry Jack's Burgers Mundaring — Restaurant in Western Australia

We visited today at 12 40pm and the first drive-thru assistant spoke too quickly and did not allow time for us to check the menu board and order. After each meal ordered, she stated "anything else" and did not suggestive sell at all, but appeared impatient. When we got to the pay window, she didn't repeat the order and my husband asked her to, she then proceeded to read back our order quickly and did not speak clear or slow.

My husband asked again and she repeated it quicker than the last time. He also advised her that she was too quick and she said nothing and appeared to not care. She also did not provide our receipt.

We found this service rude.

When we got to the second window, We advised the next staff member of our concerns and she repeated our order back slower and had she not, we would not have picked up the error. We had asked for a (Double BBQ cheeseburger meal with an extra BBQ cheeseburger) The first staff member charged us 2 x BBQ cheeseburger meals) And had she slowed down, she or we would've caught it.

The second staff member did well to listen to our concerns and she sorted the refund quickly. (Thank you for taking the time to listen and act, you were amazing)

You redeemed speedy Gonzales' error and I trust this will not happen again as this was not cool.

I don't usually write bad reviews but every single time I come here there's something to complain about. NEVER any frozen things working over years and excessive wait times. This most recent and last time I will be going there, I went through the drive through ordered 1x BBQ cheeseburger and 1x coffee. I was told to go wait out front in parking. Seeing as though no one was behind me and it was such a small order I was confused but went ahead and parked outside anyhow. I then proceeded to be sat in the spot for 15 minutes before my order came out. If the order wasn't for my partner who was hungry and craving a coffee I would've cancelled the order after 10 minutes which would've been more than fair. 15 is an absolute joke. Judging from the other reviews I'm not alone. If you had maybe chucked in some chips/nuggets or anything for the disgustingly long wait times as an acknowledgement or apology (which I have received at other stores for excessive wait times and walked away happy) then I wouldn't be writing this review. The management there is a joke, clearly have no idea how to...

Had a whopper here today (Saturday around 12:30) and it was woeful. Two tiny rounds of pickle the size of a little finger nail, a single slice of tomato so thin I could have rolled a cigarette with it, a remnant of a shred of lettuce leaf, all drowned in mayo resulting in a soggy bun was the worst whopper I have ever had since HJ opened in Morley in the early seventies. And, I do not exaggerate. The tall guy that assembled this monstrosity ought to be ashamed of himself. Take pride in your work, mate. Whatever you do in life, do it well. No care, no pride, no hope if you cannot even put a decent hamburger together. Management: quality control is (if you'll pardon the pun) your bread and butter. You should be taking care of business....
