Hungry Jack's Burgers Redcliffe — Restaurant in Western Australia

I am very unhappy with my last time at this hungry Jacks store. Too many difficulties with a simple order. Ordered a aussie grilled chicken burger medium meal and a whopper with cheese kinus tomato medium meal with a coke zero sugar. Was given 1 medium coke and a small coke zero sugar. 2 small fries well medium fries only half filled and a whopper with cheese with tomato when it was asked to be minused. The aussie grilled chicken burger was actually just a grilled chicken burger, and the chicken was as tough as a piece of well cooked bacon. See picture. So whilst at the store spoke to the owner to get the chips and drinks fixed. He did it without question clearing seeing the error. Then when I got home to eat the chicken burger I found the grilled piece of chicken I couldn't even bite through so called up the manager. He said he understood the error and would compensate me with a full large aussie grilled chicken meal. Another 10min trip back to the store and upon arriving spoke to the manager and he said he would sort it. 5mins later I had a fresh burger but the rest of the meal wasn't there. At this time I had had enough of waiting so just left. Thanks but no thanks...

Bad Food Bad Service Bad attitude Went through drive through, chose breakfast menu item for $9.05. Got to the window, "That'll be $10.55". When questioned, first I got an argument, then she realised the price was wrong because she got the order wrong. Amended to correct order, "That'll be $9.55". Questioned again, she said "Well that's what it says here"! After some discussion I was charged $9.00 but no "sorry about that", or any reason. I advised of the price shown on the board and al I got was an argument! When the food arrived, hash brown was "Smashed", muffin was raw, untoasted and the whole thing tasted bad enough to go into the bin after one bite! The whole order was "Shoved" through the window with a disgruntled look and not a word spoken, then the window was SLAMMED shut! This is typical performance for this store which has been badly run ever since it opened. Steer clear! There are many other options around the area! Nothing is better at this...

A Wednesday night 7.07pm. I walked in to no line, but at least 6-7 people waiting for their order.

Having ordered the Ultimate Double Whopper Large Meal, other waiting customers were coming forward to pick up their orders, to a common very insincere reply of “Sorry for the wait”. So I’m thinking, I could be here a while.

I get that there are teenagers making my meal. I get that they don’t have the customer diplomacy for order error nowadays.

But from reading the comments below, I say that they aren’t heeding the feedback.

There was no visible senior/management on shift, and fooling around in plain sight along with poor language isn’t a good look for HJ’s Redcliffe I would think.

Fast Food used to be quick& family friendly!

Oh and btw they forgot the bacon...
