Mad Mex DFO Perth — Restaurant in Western Australia

Today my daughter and I visited Mad Mex DFO and we ordered 1 quesadilla and 1 kids quesadilla. After I paid for our food we stood beside the cashier to wait. There was a lady finishing up every order and cashiering in the same time. I was watching her cashiering a customer while wearing a glove. The customer paid cash so she needs to give her some change while wearing glove. I thought she was going to change her glove but no, She took our food from the toaster using the same gloves she used handling the money. I was so disappointed and disgusted. I told her what I saw and she remake my daughter’s order which I appreciated but she did not even mind remaking my food. Please train your people properly and please ask them to use their common sense. This is my first time to write a review cos I want to communicate this situation and PLEASE teach your staff about hygiene and cross contamination. I don't want this to happen to other people. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years and loved mad mex but this is the worst one I’ve ever been to and I wouldn’t return as a customer again. The food is very overpriced for what we were given. We ordered 2 burritos and watched the lady put the least amount of filling I’ve ever seen at any Mexican restaurant. There were only a few drops of the sauce put in which made the burrito bland and dry. She put less than the serving spoon she had of bean and rice, charged us $2 for guacamole but again gave us less than we normally would get. Worst Burrito Bowl Ever!!!! i had bought a burrito bowl for take away. when i came home after hour it was super soggy and so watery. lettuce was sooo bad i felt like it was months old. the small box was full juice and i had to transfer it into my lunch box. NO!!!
