Utopia — Restaurant in Perth Airport

Been a loyal customer of Utopia dont know for how many years from the period where they used card stamp, then evolving to tap card, now using apps.

Drinks always great tasting, no complaints.

Though this time I have to say ‘disgusting’ attitude from the staff. I don’t particularly like to review badly, but this time is abit too much to not vent.

Wife ordered wintermelon and iced coffee, then the staff messed up the sticker on the cup and handed the drink.

Obviously after one sip each, you could taste the significant difference between them and checked against the sticker. The sticker was placed incorrectly and he/she handed it mentioning according to the sticker. When my wife complained against, wife were told to just swapped the drinks and problem solved.

Would you swap your drink with your ‘friend’ randomly?

Hygiene issue here and the worst possible solution provided. Even though gruntlingly made a new batch for wife n her friend, the way that he/she acted throwing tantrum throughout was really terrible including throwing things in the kitchen while making the drink and banging the kitchen benchtop.

Seriously...

Original milk tea that this shop is supposedly famous for taste exactly like Lipton tea bag with water and ice left diluted for a good 4 hours. Tried to get a change of drink after taking one sip (within a minute after receiving the drink) as it was really bad milk tea, but was told that the brand’s original milk tea is supposed to taste this way and that it’s all brewed in one big container. Which just goes to show that their original milk tea, which is supposed to be the number one basic drink that any bubble tea/ milk tea shop should have mastered before even thinking about charging the public for it leaves nothing to be desired. Hands down the worst Original Milk Tea that I’ve ever tasted in my 29...

We ordered brulee sago tea and mango green milk tea from Utopia DFO today but it was a complete waste of money. Brulee tea had soo many sugar crystals in it unlike other Utopia stores and when I went to complain, they showed me the jar of sugar/brulee it had too mny crystals in it, must be because of it was left open n moisture crystalised it,but I am sure they can crush n use it otherwise it just spoils the taste and 1 of the rude staff (male) asked me in an unfriendly tone if i wanted another one. And also they forgot to put sago n aloevera in mango milk tea we ordered. NEVER ORDERING FORM THESE GUYS AGAIN !! Hope the kwner knows whrlats happening, as I read other reviews as well stating the same...
