Hungry Jack's Burgers Thornlie — Restaurant in Western Australia

To say that hungry jacks in thornlie has gone to the pack would be a understatement. The young lady who served us was wonderful The food wasnt too bad. But from where we sat we witnessed such a shambles it wasnt even funny, Although we could see the staff working vigorously in the back ground The 2 young ladies behind the counter continued to serve and smile as customers walked in. I do not understand why there was a third person behind the the counter.he wasnt serving customers ,he wasnt actually doing anything.he wasnt wearing a hat and when i think the 3rd lady was the manager/supervisor?asked him where was his hat .he walked to the back and returned to the front counter wearing a cardboard cut out of a crown. Mimicking the 'royal wave👋. Then trying to put his crown on one of the the servers. About the same time a disgruntled customer came in with a incorrect order, One of the young ladys apologised and got one of the the staff members to redo his order After about 10 minutes the mistake was sorted and the customer left, Only to return immediately with a burger missing. He asked if he would get reimbursed And his server called for the manager who wasnt sure, Surely a team leader manager would know this.. Finally his burger was made and he left. This took about another 5minutes at least I think the manager should have at least have redone his whole order all over again.everything would have been cold He was such a nice man. I wouldve gone off for sure. Just when you think it could not get worse...... Im not sure of the situation but a young man in the kitchen part started screaming Far cue far cue.(sounded like..) This person ended up behind the the counter as well . Dancing about but not working or serving customers. Not that there were alot of customers I wonder why Id say if management dosent step up and sort the sideshow in hungry jacks thornlie. There wont be a need for...

My experiences at Hungry Jack's Thornlie have been consistently awful. Every time I visit, I see a group of staff standing around glued to their phones, blatantly ignoring customers. It's especially concerning in the drive-through, where they’re scrolling through TikTok instead of doing their jobs. And these are the same phones they carry with them into the bathroom—disgusting and completely unhygienic.

The hygiene standards are abysmal. Many of the staff have long, flashy nails that are more suited for a nightclub than a fast food restaurant, and I’ve yet to see anyone wear a hair net. To top it off, I once found a fake eyelash in my burger—yes, you read that right. It's shocking that this is allowed to happen.

As if that wasn't bad enough, the staff’s attitude is horrific. They clearly don’t care about the quality of the food they serve or the customers they’re supposed to be helping. I’ve had enough of the careless service, bad hygiene, and complete lack of professionalism. Hungry Jack's Thornlie needs to seriously step up their game or risk losing even...

Zero stars. Went thru the drivethru tonight. Ordered 1 x lge whopper with cheese meal minus pickles with a coke, 2 x whopper junior meals minus pickles with coke, 1x lge onion rings , 1 x chicken chips. The girl taking the order just didn't get it, we repeated the order 4 times, 2 thru the speaker, 2 to her face. I asked for the receipt, drove to the next window, looked at the receipt, totally wrong, hubby says don't worry , I just want to get home. Got home, we had 1 x junior whopper meal, 2x whopper meals, no chicken chips and stale soggy onion rings. I called them 3 times no answer. Got in the car, went back, walked in, asked the manager why nobody answered the phone as clearly the place was quiet, no explanation. Went on to tell her my whole order was wrong after going thru it 4 times. Requested my $55 back and my correct order cooked fresh at no charge. I got what I asked for. When I got home, went thru the lot, they still got it wrong, got an extra chips. Def won't be going back there ever again. I had to give one star otherwise I couldn't...
