Absolutely avoid this place. This place sucks, seriously. Every time I have been here the service is horrendous. Takes at least 5 minutes for anyone to even notice you, this is a pattern that happens every.single.time. I always end up having to ask if anyone is actually serving. Just went to quickly grab an iced latte, wasn't noticed for 7 minutes even though I was standing at the till waiting. Ordered my takeaway coffee and expressed I was now in a bit of a rush. They continued to run food from the kitchen, serve every other customer in the restaurant and get an uber eats order ready and still no one had touched the coffee machine. I had now been waiting a total of 15 minutes, I asked the staff member if it was possible to make my coffee now or if I could get a refund as I did not have time to wait any longer, I was now running very late. He immediately unloaded a list of excuses and got defensive instead of just answering my question, so I told him not to worry about the coffee and just give me a refund. He continued to give excuses and make out like it was my fault I had dared order a coffee while he was busy. He tried to give me cash when I paid with card and I asked him to refund it back on my card. He said he didn't know how then immediately got on a phone call for another few minutes while walking away into the kitchen so I couldn't leave unless I left my money... or just continued to wait. I finally just told him not to worry about the card and just give me the cash as it had now been 1 minute shy of 20 mins and he was still on the phone. He immediately started arguing with me that it had not been anywhere near 20 mins. There was no apology for the inconvenience, no type of customer service. This is the closest coffee place to my house but I'll be travelling to avoid this place unless I have 30 mins to wait for a takeaway iced latte and feel like getting...

As a former regular customer at this cafe, I have always enjoyed the great coffee and atmosphere it offers. However, I must express my disappointment with the decline in customer service that I have witnessed recently. This has led me to decrease my visits to this establishment.

On several occasions, I have encountered subpar customer service, which has been frustrating. Today was another disappointing experience for me. I made a 15km drive to arrive at the cafe around 1:45pm, relying on the information provided on their website that indicated they closed at 2:30. To my surprise, upon reaching the cafe, I was informed that it was already closed, leaving me without my much-needed coffee. The wasted 30 minutes of my time due to this miscommunication was truly disheartening.

While the food and coffee quality remain commendable, the lack of consistent and reliable customer service is a significant drawback. I urge the management to address these issues promptly to enhance the overall customer experience. I hope to see improvements in this area so that I can once again enjoy the full potential of this cafe.

My partner and I are regulars at this gem of a cafe and I can't recommend it highly enough. The coffee is some of the best I've had in Perth and the food is truly spectacular. Joy is an absolute legend and always greets me by name when I come in! Everyone is super friendly and more than happy to make adjustments or change things around to accommodate your preferences. There are loads of vegetarian options too.

I want to specially make mention of the iced latte, which is rich and strong. It's hard to find a good iced latte that doesn't taste watered down but Ingredient Tree nails it everytime, no matter who the barista is. I also want to especially recommend the smashed avo. You always get heaps of avocado and two perfectly poached eggs on one slice of toast! This is so rare to find! And the serving sizes are absolutely perfect so you'll definitely get your money's worth.

The atmosphere is great and from open to close there are always customers. You 100% won't regret paying a visit for...
