We waited for them to have a closer look at their reservations and they found a “temporary table” for us. We were not offered menus. After half an hour someone came to take our order, and finally realised we still had no menu. Once we finally ordered, we then waited about an hour and a half for our food, with many takeaway orders being prioritised before us. If we had known this we would’ve simply ordered takeaway rather than going to the effort of dining in! When the food came, the meat was HORRIBLE. The duck on the BBQ platter was 95% bones, the pork was overcooked, flavourless and dry. We were then overcharged and provided with no receipt breakdown of what they charged us for!
