Staff- very sweet, friendly and helpful Service - not a very long wait Cost - a little disappointed that the price on the menu at the front entry is a few dollars cheaper than the menu (dinner) Pad Thai $20.90 with chicken says $17.90 on wall at front. Meal- seemed to miss the spot with flavour just slightly. We had a Pad Thai, beef massaman and a mixed entree. Pad Thai was a little bland and needed a lemon or lime which gives it a bit of light zing. Massaman Beef - normally a chunky slow cooked beef with thicker sauce and potato. This was thinly sliced and only a big chunk of potato and a small amount of veg. Was plenty of beef but due to being thin was dry Mixed entree - The mini spring rolls was cold like it had been sitting there for an hour the rest was great Lcation- clean, casual and inviting We didn't complain because the lady who served us was so lovely. It wasn't terrible at all but it had potential to be a lot better. The locals appeared to love it. Maybe we've eaten too many Thai dishes in too many places and getting picky. I wouldn't rush back but I wouldn't say take my review Over others.

If I could give a zero I would. My partner and I were looking for dinner and came across this restaurant, the server who attended us was very nice so we went forward with buying the food for takeaway. Once we got to our hotel we were disgusted to see we were given raw/severely undercooked meat (as seen in the photos below)as they were close to the closing our and clearly weren’t bothered with cooking the meat for the right ammount of time. We drove back to the restaurant to get a re fund and we came across the RUDE owner who screamed at us and insisted it was not raw. After a lot of back and forward she did not want to refund us but finally ended up giving in, my partner mentioned that it was dangerous and illegal to serve undercooked meat under the health department laws, which she said “was a threat” and started screaming at as and saying she knew was she was doing! Got our money back and left. Horrible experience, NEVER returning here.

terrible experience! Raw food and poor management- although the first server was very friendly, the owner was rude. After I was served raw beef in their massamam curry in my takeaway order I returned to the restrount with the food to complain. At first the owner looked shocked and quickly took the food of me, saying she would remake it and was apologetic. However after I declined the food and asked for a refund this changed and she became rude and arguemntitive trying to blame me for taking it out the restaurant. She then tried to guilt trip me by saying "you can't do this to a small business" and "don't threaten me" saying that that's how the meet is meant to look and that she wouldn't refund after I had explained that I could of got sick and that this is against health regulations. After a back a fourth argument in which she tried to offer me half the amount of the order, I eventually got my refund. wouldn't recommend at all

Dined at Just One Thai Restaurant tonight and was highly impressed with the food and customer service.

We ordered the Seafood Tom Yum, Fried Rice with Basil and Chili, and Suwan Chicken for our dinner. Tom Yum was amazing - full of flavour, volume and just the right amount of spice and sour consistency. Some Thai restaurants serve up a clear soup with sometimes little substance and flavour but the Tom Yum soup from Just One Thai was quite the opposite. As one reviewer mentioned, this Tom Yum soup is guaranteed to impress. Fried rice was flavourful and went really well with the Suwan chicken (sizzling chicken), which was served in generous portions for the price.

I also have to make mention of our wait staff for the night - Saffron. Saffron is a young, energetic worker who went over the top with her customer service. Often times she was serving our table, seating walk-in customers and serving other tables as well, all at the same time. Saffron also stopped by for a chat with us enquiring about our visit to Bunbury, and also came by during our meal to check if everything was alright (where in comparison, we had dined at other restaurants the previous nights and after the food had been served, there was no interaction or follow-up from the wait staff). Little things like these make me appreciate Saffron as a person and her level of professionalism.

Overall, we had a pleasant experience tonight and I would highly recommend...
