Ordered via Menulog on a Friday (Deal 5, total 80$) for dinner since we had guests coming over. Delivered half an hour later than the estimated time, didn't think much of it. We opened only the 2 pizzas out of the 3 since that seemed sufficient at the time and chucked the 3rd one in the fridge. We had the chance to have that last pizza only on Monday (Sept 30 2024) and bit into a piece of solid metal. It was fortunate that we hadn't opened it for the guests and unfortunate that that was when we ended up opening it. I contacted the store immediately, I was received with apologies by a person named Zain who offered me store credit for 100$, I accepted it - that was what was offered to me. Called them up today thinking will place an order. Was directed to Mr. Kassem himself, who is one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to. First he lectured me like I was an absolute idiot, I respectfully listened- even though he was implying I'm making this up-like I have no better use of my time. When it was my turn to talk, he started speaking over me and when I raised my voice to get my point across he called me opportunistic and that his son had made a premature decision, he refutes this entirely and apparently in "good faith" was offering me a free pizza. He recorded our conversation and was being so loud about as if I was supposed to feel threatened?? Please post the conversation where ever you want, I was/am not in the wrong. I didn't want to listen to anymore of his crap and cut the call. Sorry mister, if THIS is how your pathetic behavior is- it's your ego talking, not your good faith. It was my ill decision to not have escalated this matter thinking it's a Muslim brother why affect his business. Would never ever recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely filthy disgusting behaviour. You can keep your 80$ and you can keep your "good faith-ed" pizza. Noone is crying here for your charity. I hope you think twice before speaking to anyone like this ever again. All of us are answerable for our actions sooner or later. Hope you...
Read moreWe visited this food outlet yesterday 28th July around 5.30 pm.That was our most horrible experience in Australia at any food resturant. They served us Pasta with a dirty hair, upon our indication instead of any remedy, the owner and his daughter suddenly became quite rude. They didn't accept their fault whereas the hair was attached firmly in their Pasta. Even the young lady was constantly abusing. This behaviour is not acceptable under any circumstances. A lot of other reviews also depicting the fact that they are most nasty people in the food industry with their bad rude behaviour towards customers. Law enforcement agencies should take notice of this most inappropriate treatment of this food outlet management and teach them a lesson where they are not only serving this sort of food but when pointed out, very shamelessly denied the fact and start abusing. The owner clearly said that he doesn't bother with the any sort of comments. One can imagine the height of arrogance & ego. I will not certainly recommend anyone to reach that negative dark...
Read moreI ordered two family-sized pizzas, expecting a delicious meal, but what arrived was incredibly disappointing. Both pizzas were soggy, tasteless, and lacked any appealing texture or flavor. When I reached out to the chef to politely explain the issues with my order, I was met with arrogance instead of accountability. He refused to accept any feedback, brushing off my concerns with a condescending attitude, claiming he knew how to make pizza. Well, if he did, he would recognize that soggy, wet pizza is unacceptable! I’ve shared photos here to show just how poorly these pizzas were made.
The experience was salvaged only by the wonderful staff who took my order and handled the delivery; they were professional and courteous. However, the chef and the owner were rude and disrespectful, showing a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. If you’re looking for good pizza and decent service, I highly recommend you look elsewhere. This place is simply...
