I just finished my first meal here, popped in after visiting some nearby shops for something different today. Parking was easily accessible and on entry was greeted with a smile. I confirmed and placed my order from a menu (which was easy to read, and select from). I took a seat and my food was brought out, I got the Braised Pork Rice, Taiwanese Sausage and Ba Wan with a Tea. The food tasted very nice and was happy to polish off all the food that was in front of me. It was my first time having Ba Wan and the owner informed me that there's also crispy version and some which can be taken home as well, which I will be trying on my next visit. I found the portion sizes to be good and reasonable. The decor was neutral with a light pink feature wall which was nice too.
Some Taiwanese snacks, teas and rice are available here too.
Anyways, as you can tell, I had a positive experience, hence spending time to write this review. Once I knew I wanted to write a review and share, I took some extra photos to go with it.

Read moreThe Fried Combo Platter includes fried chicken, tempura, and cuttlefish balls, all very crispy and freshly fried with a delicious garlic flavor. This is the dish my family and I appreciate the most. Intestine Vermicelli is a rare find, as it's not easy to locate a place in Perth that serves intestine dishes. Additionally, the Kong Rou Bento, featuring tender braised pork, is another favorite. These three dishes come highly recommended in this restaurant where prices are reasonable, and portions are satisfying.
Moreover, the restaurant is MSG-free, vegetarian-friendly, and dog-friendly, which is a compelling reason to visit. However, during our recent visit, we noticed indoor renovations taking place. They do offer takeout or outdoor dining with two tables available, but it can get hot and attract flies during the summer. Nevertheless, I am looking forward to returning to dine in once the renovations...
