Got the worst KFC we have EVER had served to us. The chicken was oily, over cooked, stunk of old oil and looked like it came from a pigeon….Chips were cold and obviously fried in old oil too….. Bread roll was so dried up it was crunchy on the corners…… Complained to the manager who just replaced a piece of tiny chicken…… So I lodged an online complaint and received the rudest call from Duty Manager Amy…… She justified the disgusting chicken with blaming Ingham and the kids she was stuck working with…… Pointed out to her as the manager quality control falls on her shoulders……. She upped her nasty attitude and told me I was wasting her time…… I told her I would be taking it further to which she laughed and stated they have no further to go as they don’t have a head office…… She then told me I can lodge another online complaint but it would just come back to her and she would bin it……. She then hung up…… Nice KFC…… She treated me like this with such confidence as she knew, or thought she knew, nothing would come of complaints……. Well let’s see...

26th Of August around 6.30pm at the Eaton Store. Went through the drive through and ordered the crunch bowl. Got to the window and told the young man twice we wanted the original not the zinger. Got home to find it was the zinger. I drove back to KFC Eaton and was told by the RUDE young female duty manager that it was my fault ! Because at the window I changed it to the original from the zinger. She was ready to have a verbal argument with me around customers. I told her a few times how can it be my fault that I was given the incorrect order when you are admitting to me that you new what I asked for. She replaced my meal for what I asked for but made sure she told me that it was my fault and not theirs. I am so angry !!!! Read moreHave been to this store 4 times. 1st time wasn't a problem. 2nd time was overcharged by a couple of dollars. 3rd time waited half hour for order, left to pick mum up from Eaton Fair. When I got back the cook came out and said it will be 30-60 minutes before he could cook the chicken as he had to dump the oil and refill, this was an hour after they opened. Fortunately the girl had put my order aside. 4th time the girl tried to charge me $61 for an ordered that should have been $48.80. I walked out and rang the store when I got home. Spoke to the assistant manager who confirmed it should have been $48.80. She told me they just got an order for 2 21 piece buckets so would be half hour before they could do my order if I wanted to come back. Told her I wouldn't be back to that store and she wanted to know what they could do for me to come back. I said nothing. Makes me wonder how many other customers have been overcharged without...
