Muffin Break — Restaurant in Western Australia

It's a terrible service ever.

This store is the first time that I have been as a regular customer at muffin breaks.

I ordered 3 coffees. 2 came within 10 minutes, but one coffee for my mum hasn't received a long time.

I asked a staff member to check it, which was 15 minutes past already. She said she would check, but she didn't.

When the time passed for 20 minutes, I went to the counter to double-check.

Somhow, the batista missed my mom's coffee, and she said she would make it right away without apologizing.

BUTTTTTT

The barista made other table's coffees and which made me upset.

I am so embarrassed about bad service. I spoke loudly again that my mum was still waiting.

Finally, she could get a coffee after 25 minutes past. A staff member apologized when she served last coffee, but i could not be satisfied at all due to the temperature of coffee was not hot enough. She finished it at once.

If they are professional, when they find out miss something, they have to make it and serve it right away. Not a customer asks...

The young ladies are fabulous. They are extremely friendly, warm, loving, respectful and very professional at their job. A young Brahim lady named Kirthy prepares braverages at Muffin Break gave me great practical advice when she mentioned that his all mighty sometimes is good to bad people than good people and you must understand this brother. This was great advice from this young beautiful Bhrahim lady who has a beautiful heart and very good looks appearce wise and along with a young very beautiful Sikh lady are like my own daughters and are angels of God in my honest and candid view. Decided to try the coffee here. Found out the coffee bean was medium roasted. This place gave me an impression as if it was an outdoor cafe with all year round cooling weather. Because it was cooling, spacious, comfortable and not noisy. The ceiling was high and the ambient was good. I passed by here couple of times, and realised most people like to sit near the wall so that they could see all walks of life (incl.me also) passing by the cafe. Haha,...
