Muzz Buzz - Riverton — Restaurant in Western Australia

Extremely disappointed with the new policy for muzz buzz, I buy coffees nearly every single day. I get an iced long black that is a coffee and water and ice simple, probably the cheapest coffee on the menu. Today they are telling me I can't get a stamp on my loyalty card because it's a cold coffee that is ridiculous it's a coffee not a frappe or a fancy cold drink it's a coffee. What's the point in having these loyalty cards if they are causing so many concerns for stingy franchisees, you give a free coffee every so often big whoop they are cheap as to make the mark up is extreme. To start you need 10 coffees to redeem your free coffee and then you have to go to the same place. They have obviously changed it to any store you can only redeem a tall coffee every 10. One time I brought 3 coffees and was told you can get one stamp per purchase not per coffee what's up with that. It is convenient and the coffee was good it cost a bit but the loyalty card made it feel better but after this crap I'm done, doesn't matter now anyway you lost a costumer today with me I will not buy coffee...

Tried out our local Muzz Buzz via drive through service on their annual Free Coffee Day this month. All three female staffs were very pleasant service with a friendly attitude despite the busy and hectic atmosphere because of the long queue for the free coffee , chai or chocolate. I was offered for our coffee and hot chocolate to be served with either marshmallow or a free cookies, a lovely touch. Good to see they accept BYO cups to save on...

I’m so disappointed I love muzz buzz but almost every time my order has been wrong. Today i ordered a watermelon frenzy with half apple and half orange but I just got a juice, I understand they may not have heard me but it should be customary to double check orders.
