Nando's Bunbury — Restaurant in Western Australia

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Nando's Bunbury, and I must say, Leila truly made my experience exceptional! From the moment I walked in, her warm smile and welcoming demeanor set the tone for a fantastic meal.

Leila was attentive and genuinely cared about ensuring that my dining experience was perfect. She provided excellent service, checking in often and making sure I had everything I needed. Her recommendations were spot on, and the food she served was absolutely delicious—full of flavor and cooked to perfection.

It's rare to encounter someone with such a positive attitude and dedication to customer service. Leila is undoubtedly an asset to the Nando's team, and her conduct alone would make me want to return time and time again.

Let me start by appreciating the excellent food this place serves. The chicken for cooked perfect , juicy and the base was perfect as asked. Our food was served pretty quick bearing in mind how busy it was. Fries , rice and dinner rolls were absolutely fantastic. Now let’s talk about customer service. Bree is one of the best employee and an asset to Bunbury Nando’s. Friendly and always smiling , and is one of the reason I visit Nandos Bunbury. He never fails to rise above expectations . His customer service skills are brilliant. I think Bree deserves to be acknowledged for his hard work and effort and hence I wanted to specifically mention him . Rest of the staff is good too. I have visited nearly all of the Nando's in Perth and NONE of them can compare to the food and service I got from Nando's Bunbury yesterday! I am beyond impressed!! I ordered the Ribs Meal and all the chicken portions were to size, not burnt and had enough sauce (not swimming in it like some other Nando's in Perth.) Also, every one of my chips had Peri salt on them....rejoice the small wins! All the sauce bottles were clean AND there was a cold water filter!! It was the lunch rush and my order didn't take overly long, so did everyone else's I could see. But the main thing I rate was the customer service. I was asked twice if my meal was good and if my chicken was ok and I loved that! I have never been asked in Perth. It meant they care about what they do and how they do it!
