2 poor experiences in a row here and Joondalup store.
Ordered on the app last week from the Joondalup store, opted for delivery. Door dash driver took 1hr and 10 minutes to delivery from order. App said it would take 20-30 minutes. Food was cold and soggy and driver also didn’t use a hot bag.
Complained through the app and got a full credit. Gave wanneroo a chance today and decided to dine in to avoid the delivery driver disaster, as the food is usually good whenever I’ve come for lunch.
Arrived around 6:30 and restaurant probably had about 4 dine in tables, and about 6 delivery drivers sitting there waiting. Ordered through the credit at the register with our free meal and sat down. We were not advised on a wait time.
Sitting there witnessing bag after bag of food sitting there waiting for a driver, going cold and space under the heat lamps had run out. Staff overrun with demand from the customers, drivers and app orders. Mistakes occurring like forgetting chips having to remake items slowing things down further.
After 40 minutes waiting and seeing many dine in orders sitting there not being run out either due to busyness or missing the chips to deliver them, I asked how long our table would be. (We ordered 2 wraps, a peri chips and garlic bread with a coke). She said that they’re only just now getting them on the grill.
We then saw our wraps ready and sit on the counter for at least 5 minutes having to wait for chips, which came another 5 minutes later (without the peri salt). The garlic bread probably came at least 10 minutes after that, to which I then asked for my drink that I never got.

Read moreI went to Nando’s in Wanneroo and started placing my order to a young girl, my boyfriend asked for an alcoholic drink and she said she isn’t authorised to put that through and left. That’s fine it is noted that she may be under the age of 18 and not able to serve alcohol however she could have put the rest of the order through first to avoid confusion. An older man came to finish the order and served the alcohol, I asked him if the corn has been put on the order and if not to please add it to our order, he advised us that it has been put on the order. After a while we received our food From another lady she asked if we were waiting on anything else. I said yes we are waiting for the corn. She walked off to check on the order and came back saying that “we didn’t order any corn”. That would have been fine as mistakes happen however, they had already messed the order up and charged us extra for a chips we didn’t order, as I asked for one classic wrap on its own, and another classic wrap in a large meal. She told us if we wanted the corn we would have to come up and pay for it. The right thing to do in this situation would have been to give a complimentary corn to credit the order mess up and provide good customer service. When she said that we had to pay we were understanding and kind, explaining our situation and said not to worry about the corn. Read moreUpdat we tried again we must be fools but family is used to other locations where they are much better. Still say company policy to not cut chicken which we get cut in other locations into 1/8. This time did not label the chicken so my young son ate hot chicken & cried for 30mins & they have made the size of large coleslaw half the size it was so small we thought they gave us a regular by mistake but told this is now the new size of large. The manager & staff all angry never saw any of them still or be pleasant to any customers in the 20mins I was there. Below this point is my visit 5 months ago. We came in told as they are a company store & no a franchise they are not allowed to cut into 1/8 we have always had cut into 1/8 as easy to share with our family. Which is weird as we came just a month or so ago and nothing was an issue everything was fantastic. We got the broccoli side and it was so tiny. Last time we came it was 3 times the side. Then we got frozen chips in with our chips I took it to the kitchen to let her know she rolled her eyes said nothing and just threw it in the bin.
