Check your orders they often mess things up, also if you are craving chicken best to call first to make sure they actually have some as they are prone to running out. I am no longer wasting my money at this store, the staff are beyond incompetent. I can't eat banana and for the 4th time, even after previous complaints I get banana in my Hawaiian pack, throw out half the chips and the chicken. What happened to good chicken treats....
Update: emailed as asked below and yet no response... Looks like the customer service at this store is par for the company.
Update 4 weeks later no response from Chicken Treat, wife decided to get a "treat" and get Chicken treat on the way home ordered the same meal as listed above yet this time instead of putting in a banana, we got a 1/4 chicken at full price of a half... the chicken is dry the pineapple fritters are burnt, this store is still beyond incompetent. Called and complained, got a meal replacement...no apology no goodbye got hung up on. Absolutely useless.

Read moreGot to the drive through at 11:35pm and was patiently waiting for someone to come and ask for my order, at 11:45 I drove up to window and asked why nobody answered/spoke to me on the speaker box and the worker said that they are closed. I then explained that I was waiting approx 10 minutes at the box to order but the worker brushed me off and said that they start cleaning at 11:30 so they can’t serve me and the only had roast chickens. I asked if they could make an exception for me and order a roast chicken roll but the worker refused and said bye in a slightly aggressive tone and showed no sign of sympathy or compassion.
