Rotary Park — Attraction in Wanneroo

My veterinarian recommended this park when he found out I like to hike with my dog and after I visited it it has now become my favorite hiking spot. There are tons of trails so you don’t have to keep doing the same ones. It has a really great kids playground and a boardwalk next to the creek that runs through it. It has a frisbee golf course that is very nicely kept. There is a sheltered large group meeting area which I’ve seen used as weddings and receptions. The restrooms are HEATED in the winter! This is one of the best parks I’ve ever hiked, but you might want to use the “All Trails” app on your phone because the trails can meander which makes it easy...

Good play facilities for the kids. The BBQ equip and, in particular, ample sheltered seating, makes it great for a family/group gathering. Recent upgrades (and more planned to come apparently) make it a great place to enjoy a bit of fresh air and keep the kids occupied. Toilet facilities are nearby but apparently only open on weekends when local sporting activities are going on at the oval on the other side of the carpark. Absolutely beautiful park to suit all ages and for all occasions from a 8th birthday party, 70th birthday party to casual place to exercise alone or with friends. There is multiple undercover areas with seating, BBQ, and plenty of space to bring your own tables/use the open area as you wish. The playground upgrade is great, it is large, several different areas, suit children of all ages. It's clean, and gardens are well kept. There is plenty of free parking and over flow parking....
