Ubereats stuffed up and sent us someone else's order again. Re-ordered to then be sent the food again. Not restaurant fault but disappointed to wait twice as long, paying over 70 bucks for two tubs of soggy chips, some lamb pieces, sauce and cheese with half filled milkshakes. I don't know if you only fill halfway so they won't spill or something, but when you are paying this sort of money you expect a bit more. Contacted uber and they didn't care. Edit: So the solution is to spend even more for underwhelming food and portions? The second Uber driver delivered direct anyway and it was still half a milkshake and soggy luke warm food. I only live 5mins away. Sorry you can't take constructive feedback. Package your food better so it survives a 5minute trip. We got a refund from door dash and took me a while to get over how disgusting it was and try order again since otherwise the food was okay and I hoped they were more careful next time.
Well we just got an order today and thereās another short black hair in the chips! We phone the store and the guy is like āIām bald so thatās impossible!ā Okay buddy, so itās your arm hair or your eye brows or whatever it is. Such a shame because aside from the disgusting hair and the horrible customer service about the hair, the food is otherwise nice. I just canāt believe this happens TWICE and the guy tells us itās impossible. Youāve got the be kidding me!
