Very, very dissapointed with customer service tonight. I have always placed my order by phone for delivery and never had a problem before. My wife and I are both seniors and regularly order the senior's meal for delivery. Only tonight when my wife placed an order she was informed that she cannot get our usual senior's deal because DJ the customer service representative said that he got in trouble for approving seniors discounts for take away orders. He cited the excuse for not providing the discount as he not being able to establish our entitlement over the phone despite us using the seniors discount over the phone previously.. My wife offered to share with him a photo of our discount cards via phone. My wife then replied that I will personally attend and pick up our order and produce our Senior's Cards. He then went to check with someone and came back saying that the senior's special does not apply for take away meals. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS !!! Your website clearly states "Ribs and chips FRIDAY SPECIAL FOR $15 ALL DAY" irregardless of a seniors discount. I had to cancel my order because of the waffle from your staff on the phone. ARE WE BEING DISCRIMINATED AGAINST BECAUSE WE ARE SENIOR'S ? We have always enjoyed your the quality of your food but tonight was a huge, huge disappointment ! From cheap counter meals to reasonably priced monster meals. 20 bucks for a monster parmy that "MOST" couldn't even Finnish....... now if that isn't value for money I don't know what is.

In my experience, I rocked up not knowing what to drink, so the bartender was "nice" enough to explain the different drinks........ This beer is good in the hot, this one is comparable to this brand.... etc. Haven't had this service in a while. It so so refreshing that I'll give this a 5/5....

Worst service. The lady bar server threw the table number at me after having a fight with another number that she couldn't put in the stand, and has the worst attitude, screamed my number to collect food even though they bring it to the tables, asked for cutlery and she dried it with the napkin then gave me the napkin she used to dry my cutlery!! Another worker apologised saying sorry we are very busy, but that doesn't excuse the behaviour. Only giving a 2 star as it was well priced, $27.5 for a large parmy and pint.
