Just had a small catch up with my family and friends there. Such a lovely place with great vibes. I came in around lunch time on Saturdat so it wasn't really busy inside. We just walked in and grabbed any available tables we want, no trouble at all. Pizzas and pastas were basically the best choices, in my opinion. There are plenty of beverage choices from non-alcohol to alcohol. The place are kids friendly but i reckon to not bringing your kids there during busy time as there would be no space for them to run around 🙂 I love the architectural style of the building and how they deliberately expose the brick under the plaster finish. There is a large parking lot at rear for customers and a small stair to access the restaurant. However there's no accessible ramp so anyone with mobility impairment or baby prams will have to take the front entry.

My friend recommend me to come to this place for food. I don't go to bars very often as I don't drink. It was pretty easy to order. Despite being a busy night, we were able to find a seat with no trouble. They did implement a QR code ordering system, but the staff is very attentive and we were able to order from them easily. Food took about 20-30min to arrive. We didn't order drinks and entrees so I'm still kinda surprised how long it took. The food itself wasn't that great. I ordered the Lobster Roll. The bread was extremely dry and there wasn't much flavour in the lobster salad. The lobster didn't taste fishy and it did seem fresh. My friends ordered a Chicken Caesar Sub and a Rib Eye Steak and both were lacking in some elements . Overall, if you are coming here just for food, I wouldn't recommend it.

We organised a family lunch and hadn’t been to the Queens before and thought we would try it. Upon arrival there was a great atmosphere. But once seated in the dining room we asked to be moved as seating was close to a lot of noise and very loud music. This couldn’t be done. We proceeded to order our food of steak & parmigiana meals. The steak was good but parmigiana dry and preference to thicker chips instead of French fries. We didn’t stay long as the noise and loud music stopped us from our proper catch up chatting. Reason why this is an issue is that there are many people with hearing problems and triggers to noise. Not us) Other people spoken too said the same regarding too noisy and people yelling too each other to be understood! Disappointed!

A nice pub , good atmosphere, good seating, nice environments. Food has an Italian vibe and menu which I do like but...Sadly no hamburgers hence the 3 stars. Pubs without burgers which is what I wanted, hmm. I had the chicken parmi which was very nice. Default it comes with pasta which makes no sense to me (Italian vibe im sure). So I selected a side salad and chips. Hopefully they adjust for burger tragics like me in the future. Service was good, except for my meal sent out without cutlery... thats small stuff easily corrected yet chasing that up was an anticlimax to a nice day out. Themed pubs add a style so my advice is to check menus before you go out. Still I rate this place well to all

asked for medium got a well done $40 for a rib eye, had to get up and find a server, asked her to come to the table, waited 5 minutes she never came. Got the attention of another server and explained the issue no comment or apology just took it and walked off…. Maybe she’s having a bad day? They came back 15ish minutes later with new steak and it still was over-cooked, see pictures of both steaks. The mash was horrible, soo much grease/butter you see it leaking out the side. Server didn’t return to follow up check at all… no care at all… attempted to eat it but was so dry even with the sauce. Pretty disappointing, won’t be back to this place for a feed.

Recently attended The Queens' NYE Prohibition theme night. Not only was the food amazing but the customer service was outstanding! It must have been one of their busiest nights but the service standard was consistently exceptional from the manager to the wait staff to the glassies. The decor looked great and many of the customers dressed up in 30s style for the night. There was a great house dj playing accompanied by live musicians - which was really different and quite special to watch. A really enjoyable event and a truly awesome pub!
