Unbelievable that I couldn't order via phone for home delivery as there was an issue ordering via the website for whole chickens. For some reason I couldn't add 1 to my order after already starting the order off... I the rang the store well within time for delivery only to be told they won't take the order over the phone even though their website wouldn't allow me to add it after several attempts. Pretty dissapointed that my next attempt via the web promptly cut off my order with a 'sorry delivery has now finished'. Pretty POOR customer service in my opinion when you ring the store direct to let them know there's an issue. I live 5 mins from this store, and only wanted to order due to illness, so it's not as if I'm a large distance away. Thanks for nothing guys! I'm now NOT in a hurry to eat here again if at all. BTW menu log (I had a quick look at their site as well besides Red Rooster's because of the issue ordering) lists this as a minimum $100 order.... I don't think so! ... The competition next door is looking tastier by the day. This isnt my first negative experience with this store getting orders wrong etc which is why I've now posted.
After remaining with this outlet- they haven't changed much! & For that reason my rating stays the same.. I'm fed up with getting home & finding totally missing items completely left out of larger orders- this happens on a regular basis.. often enough that I'd advise customers to check your own orders before you drive all the way home.. Also ice creams are not meant to be sold after they've clearly melted inside the packet & then been re-frozen! & I DO mean melted! Cutting into the breast area I immediately hit the stuffing. The bird only had a very thin (almost paper thin) layer of meat. Obviously the bird had had a problem. We took it back and the lady (maybe manager on duty) was extremely rude to my husband and was basically trying to make him look stupid, saying how can there be no meat we get them from Steggles. Hubby said look at it, she was telling the kitchen staff that he was complaining it was too small. He said look at it, there is no meat. She said well I suppose we will have to swap it. She didn’t even look at it and threw it in the bin. She did give him another one, but was very off with him as she did. Read more1st time i have been inside the store.i placed my order in the drive through and i didn't check inside the bag.got home realised i was given the wrong meal.rang the store spoke to the manager they said to come back.i went inside the store and told the cashier im the "parmi guy".they then placed my order but it didn't get processed.so i sat there for a while watching the staff work. they are a young crew who were giving it their best.it was at times hectic with so many orders being placed and i was impressed with how hard they worked.they seemed happy and positive even under a lot of pressure.finally got my order.10/10 for a positive young crew.my advice to other customers is to give the young people in the workforce some slack if they occasionally get your...
