Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Western Australia

I agree with the other patron that didn't even want to click 1 star. After eventually placing my order over the phone, with repeating myself to numerous staff members, I arrived to collect our order. Was told 10-15 minutes but didn't get my order for half an hour after arriving. It was ready when I got there it had just been sitting on the shelf behind the cash register so by the time we got it home it was like a bought frozen pizza that that been cooked (badly), put in the fridge then Reheated in the microwave. I know they can't have done this to the pizza but it was probably the worst pizza we have ever had. Straight in the bin. The wings were ghastly and we somehow got hash brown things that were undercooked and breadsticks that were overcooked and hard as rocks. Lots of staff that don't know which way is up. The only one that looked like he knew what he was doing was the guy cutting the pizza and it was cringe central watching his long greasy hair hang down being pushed forward from the hat he was wearing as a token effort. Yikes. Over and out for...

I am very much happy about the customer service they provide. I ordered veggie pizza with no olives in it but unfortunately they didn't notice and I when I went home found olives and called them, they told they will give me a replacement or free pizza on next ordered. They did honour their promise and I saw they even had my receipt on their wall hanging.

Today when I ordered a Twosdays pizza I got only 1 in the invoice, which is understood that was the issue with the website and not on the store,so when I went to pick up I told them it was showing only 1 in the invoice. In this case they told me to call the shop and tell them the issue and they can do it as per the ad on website. They took 5 minutes and made a 2nd one quick. Also the pizza was yummy kids love them very much. Much appreciated good customer service, good communication...

I placed an online order for delivery on 7th March at 6.30pm and was told 7.11pm deliver... the driver did not contact me until 7.49pm on his mobile as he couldn't find my house - I talked him through directions which he was on the phone with me which he ignored. I could see him turning around before me. Then he hung up on me as I phoned him back he drove straight past my son waving him down in the driveway. When I phoned him back he told me the Store Manager told him to not deliver my order and continue with the others as he had wasted enough time . I phoned the store and was told I would get a refund in 3 to 5 business days. This did not happen and I finally got hold of the Manager and was told 10 to 15 business days to get my refund... I didn't get my pizza or now my money...
