Ladies behind the counter were so unprofessional and unorganised yesterday. Customer service was appalling. They rushed my order leading them to pack it wrong. They redid it and put only a tablespoon portion of meat then overloaded veggie's on top. The person I was with no longer wanted his food due to the wait, mess up and ridiculous amount of food in his order.

They continued to argue with me about the order he no longer wanted. Because he was getting upset, the lady stated to myself, “Nah you’re not having this, you can leave!”She then snatched my order out of my hands after I tapped my card. She refused to give my food even after I tapped my card. I said that I payed and she said that she didn’t care! I heard her work mate who messed up the order snakily say “It declined”!

Worst customer service. You have lost our group as your customer, especially whenever we will see those staff behind counter, we would just walk away. Our group has been customer with Zambrero for long time and we absolutely love your food and staff is always amazing.
