Red Rooster South Perth — Restaurant in Western Australia

I don’t usually fancy Red Rooster but tonight I did. There’s 2 Red Rooster close to me, the South Perth one is a little further away but I decided to visit this one to support the local store as I used to be a local for several years. I walked in for a late dinner ~8:50pm 10/05/2024 and walked out about 5min later fairly annoyed. Resturant is empty, 1 car in the drive thru, 3 staff working (barely). One Indian dude making cutting chicken, one guy towards the back sweeping the floor like he didn’t want to be there and the other guy in the kitchen doing who knows what (next to nothing as it appeared). I stood there for several minutes waiting to be served before an Uber eat driver rocked up, the Indian dude recognised the driver, came to hand him the food and walked straight past me. To top it off he proceeded to go on his phone instead of working or serving the customer. I stood there watching the guy on his phone for about a minute before releasing that was a complete piss take and walked out. Won’t be visiting again. Thanks...

Went to order here after work as we got given some vouchers. The employee who was in drive through was extremely bad at communicating and couldn't understand our order so called us to the window. They then proceeded to refuse to accept the red rooster vouchers, which we know are valid because we used another set at a different store only a few days earlier. Her tone was dismissive and rude towards us. We were both tired from work and wanted to avoid an argument. However we were appalled by the language that she used towards us when we politely said "don't worry about it we won't get anything." I do not recommend this store and will never be...

*12 months later What is wrong with this place that thwe y won't read customer reviews or fix anything. So today I ordered a tropicana pack and my piece of chicken was the same size as the pineapple ring!! How is that possible, surely this this is illegal chicken size???? See photos attached

Why repeatedly does this store never maintain the tree branches hanging over the drive thru??? Maybe an insurance claim sent to Red Rooster for all the scratches my car is getting might kick them in the butt to fix this issue. It's been like this now since mid 2021 and just getting worse.
