All my friends know, I really bite my tongue when I have to eat at a shopping mall, but Roll'd Vietnamese Food is just too good to walk on past.
I'm not a food snob by any means, because I will try almost anything, anywhere. And I have cooked professionally for a very long time, so I get it when shopping mall restaurants have such exorbitant bills to cover. Something has to give and normally it is the quality.
But the big but stops at the Mandurah Forum. Roll'd Vietnamese Food is really good!
My wife introduced me a few months ago, on an ad hoc "I'm hungry" moment and ordered two Lemongrass Beef baguettes. When they arrived I felt like I was being given a Bunnings sausage sizzle offering. But I shut up quickly. It was so good and full of flavour!

Very disappointing. The only redeeming factor was that the salads were...

The pork, crackling, pickled carrot, Mayo, pate, cucumber and coriander were so fresh, the roll had been heated so was crispy but soft. Definitely a 10/10. Will be back for sure to try other menu items. The staff were all friendly and even though it was quite busy in the Cafe, the atmosphere was nice. Cannot fathom why we hadn't tried this...
