We ordered Uber Eats and it was poorly packed by his staff and I rang the store and the owner picked up and he was really rude and he did nothing about it, his attitude was poor and he was talking really rudely for a business owner, he couldn’t care less about it, seriously mate, you couldn’t just remake the milk shake, how hard is it to replace it and it would have cost him a couple of dollars and we spent close to $15 on it
He was carrying on how he does 900 orders a week, but, you can’t replace a $2 milk shake
Greedy
My child misses out now and she was really upset, let’s hope they can learn from this experience and turn it into an opportunity for growth. I asked to come and get a new one and he said no and kept arguing with me, I believe that with a little bit of empathy and understanding, we could have resolved this issue in a more positive way.
We come here all the time and we spend a lot of money here and we won’t be coming here again, let’s hope that in the future, they can prioritize their customers’ satisfaction and provide them with the service they deserve.
Bad business and bad customer service - I wouldn’t do Uber Eats from them - They just blame the driver and get away with it
Look after your customers and do the right thing - All you had to do is replace it

Read moreWe originally came here for YoChi but it wasn’t open yet, so stopped here instead for an ice cream with my daughter and grandson. What a disappointment. The only thing worse than the service were the prices. Firstly, there appeared to be no pricing for stand alone ice cream displayed on either the menus or the board - which is why we were shocked when we ordered and paid. Initially, it appeared that there was only one staff member working, because the server took orders from several groups of people before she finally called someone from out the back to help. When our ice creams finally arrived after quite a wait, I was amazed to see that my single scoop of ice cream, WHICH COST ME $7.15!!! was a tiny serve in an itty bitty kiddy sized cup. My daughter had ordered a double scoop in a cup ($10- + change) and both her scoops were much larger and in a normal sized cup. That pricing is a ripoff - pure and simple. I don’t mind paying for good products but the ice cream was nothing special. There were also quite a few dirty tables that hadn’t been cleared. We won’t be back to San Churro, and once the new tenancy next door opens, this business will have to lift it’s...
Read moreI have dined at so many different San churro locations and the food and service is always spot on however the service here tonight was quite poor. I ordered a white chocolate mocha which I had expected to be nice and fluffy and at least have some froth on top but instead I received a lukewarm coffee with a flat white consistency. Churros are delicious as always but I had also ordered/ payed for macarons separately and sat down waiting for my orders to arrive. Now I thought since they’re already pre-made and all the server had to do was place them in a bag it shouldn’t be too difficult. However my drink & churros had arrived to my table and still I didn’t receive my macarons. I waited for awhile and then went up to check and she had forgotten about them. I understand if it was in the middle of a busy rush or there were multiple Uber orders but there was only one other table in the restaurant 🤷♀️ this affected my overall mood and view of this location and I won’t be coming again. All I wanted after a long day at work was some nice warm churros and...
