Response to owner’s reply: As you can see from the owners’s response, not willing to take on the feedback but attacks the customer for leaving a Google review not to their wishes. Very appalling behaviour from the owner! You definitely don’t need to fly to the country of origin to have authentic flavours, and I am not expecting perfect dining as you can see from my other reviews to be fair and just and not just based on authenticity. Owner did not even address the off-seafood feedback. Judge for yourself and decide whether to dine here or not. I know I definitely won’t be back and would NOT recommend to anyone! Service here is very friendly but very sad to say that food taste no where near the authentic Korean flavour, but more catered to the Westernised taste buds. Very little ingredients in the bibimbap and also too sweet in flavour. Jjamppong (Spicy seafood noodle) was average in flavour but the squid used in this dish was definitely starting to go off as it had very strong bad seafood smell and taste which ruined the whole taste of the dish. Portion size also too little for what they charge. The table next to ours also had so much leftover on the dishes they ordered after they’ve left which wasn’t a good sign. I don’t think this place is owned by Korean either…

VERY DELICIOUS AT GREAT VALUE Was looking for a warm meal thia winter and ended up at this restaurant that surprised me with super delicious Korean cuisine at awesome value for money prices. Service was friendly and quick. Serve time for freshly cooked food here is very good compared to other Korean dining restaurants. The place is clean and simple much like in Korea. Non of that tacky Korean decor. AUTHENTIC I ordered the spicy pork bulgogi and it came with 2 side dishes and a bowl of rice. The rice was cooked perfectly, bulgogi is very tasty with a good portion of pork slices served on a sizzling hot plate. This really hit the spot for me. MUST ORDER Also ordered were the So-tteok so-teokk(yes, it repeats) skewers and Galbi(beef ribs) Tang(soup) that is their signature dish. Both dishes are deliciously authentic. Are the chefs korean? I need to return here for the barbecue meats some other day as i heard they are to die for. I'm just too full now. Allergen warning: Most if not all korean dishes contain sesame seeds or sesame oil.

Haven't been to Waterford Plaza for a long time, we were excited to check out the lunch options. Seoul Delish was where Gangnam used to be and sadly it did not live up to its predecessor's reputation. Shop wasn't busy, service was prompt. Our food was nice, neither dish was bad, just very lacklustre 😌. Beef bulgogi didn't look half bad from the top but meat to veggies ratio was way off. There was hardly any beef on the plate compared to the mountain of veggies on the bottom. Chicken dolsot bibimbap was good but considering it was served in a hot stone bowl, a raw egg yolk would have made a much more authentic experience.

Food is very good and reasonably priced for serving sizes. Definitely recommend for lunch, or some day to just chill and have comfort food with friends. However, there is a minimum $20 on card payments which I did not expect from a shop in Waterford. The new staff also did not seem to know what they were doing and we had to constantly ask for the sides for our BBQ set. They also missed out on kimchi and the daily side. Could be because the new owners don't know how to run a BBQ restaurant, but definitely was disappointed with the poor service by the new staff (though the regular staff seemed to know how to operate everything). To be fair it is a "new" place and just opened so it could be justified.

Pros: Good food Well priced Friendly staff

Cons: New staff seemed untrained Music was extremely quiet, could be barely heard even though I was at the table closest to the speaker. Became quite awkward to talk to friends in the silence.

Definitely would recommend for the food, however it is based on luck whether you get experienced staff to take...
