Called this place before making an order to make sure they could toast both our sandwiches if we made the order online, then told them we would call again just confirm the order. We then made the order proceeded to call them again, told them our order name and asked if they could toast both the sandwiches then also remove one of the meats from the Pizza Melt. You’d think this would be simple but for this place apparently not, because even after calling them twice they still didn’t toast both the sandwiches.
I also called them again before writing this and he outright denied that I asked them to toast both the sandwiches, and tried to make me think I never asked (when I have people who were with me to back me up that I did in fact ask him both phone calls).
P.S. could really use a bit more customer service attitude on the phone, because he sounded like he didn’t want...

I made an order through Menulog for my kids & their drinks weren't delivered. I called the store, only for the phone to be answered by someone no older than about 12yo, with a simple 'Hello' I had to ask who I had called. After only saying, I had placed an order through Menulog, I was cut off & promptly told 'No, we're closed' I finished my sentence & the phone was handed to someone else who took my name & number & told me a manager would call the next day. By late afternoon, I called the store again because no one had called me. Again, the phone was answered with a simple 'Hello' I reiterated my complaint, only to be told no such message was left for someone to call me. I was also told I'd have to pick up the drinks myself.
